Yeah, I've been drying in a wardrobe, but Ive learned to much on this forum to do that anymore, haha. My reality has changed.

But to my understanding blowing directly on the plants is not good, no? I got space under the plants I realized now an I can fit a fan down there. But the airflow from the exhaust fan would not be enough then.
Def indirctnairflow is best,

I will let more experienced growers chime in but there’s more than one way to skin a cat. I don’t see why a gentle breeze blowing on the plant is going to blow off the thrics.
As long as it’s indirect, like pointed at a wall, it’s best practice. It’s not trichs you are worried about here, but terps that form your final flavor profile. Slowand steady gets you that kill.

I'm sorry sir for not getting my head around this.

So, leaving an opening in the bottom of the tent and turning the exhaust fan (in the top of the tent) down to 20-ish % could be worth a try maybe? I like this idea the best cuz I can keep the fans in my active grow tent and control odour in my dry tent somewhat like that. Yeah, wanna go slow. RH in the air is pretty high now, in the fifties, sounds good, no?

Yeah that should be alright. Just monitor real close on the 3-4 day make sure they aren’t crispy In more places than not.

On the topic of drying.. Having been through two harvests and drying my third right now, I’ve noticed that the tops, while obviously more dense and larger than everything below them…dry faster than the lowers. Is that normal? I dry whole plants but would consider doing sections or single branches if it would dry everything out more evenly.

So not too sure what the cause of this is or was. I have been watering every 4 days. On Saturday I watered with their official first feed of build a bloom and added a dehumidifier. Yesterday the temperature was climbing mid day the humidity had dropped into the low 40s. The day before the soil felt dry. I used the ecowitt sensor. The soil was already down to 11% on one plant another like 14%. Either the plants drank all that water in a day or the dehumidifier ate it up. The catch for the water was only a few ounces at best. So I decided to water them yesterday after only two days. The other variable that was changed is I am increasing the light to 4 at sunrise then to 3 when the heat rises about 2 hours in and then I do the same thing 2 hours before the light is off. So anyway enough of my babbling. These plants used up the water in a few days what usually takes 5 days, water no water 4 days, then water.

Sleep now you badass little units of life.

Again, thank you to all the rad folks who helped a clown not go completely fn insane.

That’s fuckin crazy, these dudes work 16 hour days or more to try and restore power and they gotta deal with that shit? Hell I thought they’d be out there protecting them I know someone down that way he was supposed to get power back yesterday now they say another 3 days at least

So the reason for indirect over direct is because direct will quickly dry out the exterior but not the interior, you cen end up with mold because the interior will still retain moisture

One of my grandsons in nonverbal
Autistic. He is going to be 4 soon. I'm excited to learn his interests through the years. He uses sign language to communicate now. Will be an exciting journey for all of us!
Hell yeah fam! I’ve been signing with ASL since I was born, deaf siblings, also my son has aspbergers / autisim level 1 high functioning, was nonverbal for 5 years these past few it’s like he’s learning how to speak overnight, they know how to speak, just not how TO, it was insane how many words he knew once he started trying to use them, me and the wife were shocked. It’s more than an exciting journey, it’s like you’re just learning your child all over again, cool shit!

At some point along the line put some musical instruments around him if its not already a plan. I took to music and musicality like nothing else in this world. Even if im not playing it, when i have a guitar in my lap its a lot easier for me to focus on certain things that let being social and communicating flow a little better. It's just something i have an innate knack for, for some reason. And i can sit and noodle with a guitar instead of focus on my own presentation of myself, and have no problems interacting with multiple people at once, talking, laughing, whatever. No anxiety usually.

I've met and hear of many non verbal kids who figured out they could talk to someone by singing, for whatever reason, and it actually opened up the world of verbal communication and social interaction for them, they had a thing they could practice now. I started fiddling with my dads guitars about the same time he brought a computer with a keyboard in to work from home. I was already in learning disabled classes, and it was decided i couldnt read or write. Today there's a lot more understanding, and progress, less poking and prodding so far as i understand it.
Very much so, besides the”CO” “VID” one of the main reasons we started homeschooling was because my wife is dyslexic and was in the same classes and hated how she was treated by the teachers and said she’d never allow it for our kids so we started homeschooling, since then my wife had literally learned how to do long division, get her spelling better etc all while teaching our kids, I check of course but they are always right on, so it’s like they are all learning together lol
I write all the quarterly reports and all the LOI letters and the HILP to submit to the school district etc and she learns along with them lol

We also used to have special Ed teachers come to the house for him at our old house, we still tak tot he one teacher, we all became friends and still hang out with her and her kids at the beach all the time, so she reviews with him to make sure we’re staying on track for his development, we’re recluses so we don’t hang out with ANYONE we like to hang as a family whenever I’m off work, and do stuff together, a good day for us is just some school for 3 hours in the morning (yes that’s a full legal homeschool day of school) then we usually go for a walk in the woods for an hour or 2 eat, swim in the lake, come home and do some gardening and then kick back and play some Minecraft with the kids, it’s awesome when you relieve yourself and family of goverment control, I also get to write their IHLP ( Individual home based learning plan) and send that to the district, in that I tell them what IM GOING TO TEACH THEM, you’d be fucking amazed how little is actually required to pas a grade vs what they actually grade you on in schools, you don’t have to follow their curriculum or anything, there’s state requirements for math English science and social studies but even those most is not required

Bout the same time I started turning around with talking face to face. And dude, every couple years my personality has developed away from where it used to be my whole life, im an amorphous personality or something. Ive had friends and family tell me more then once im like a new person when i havent been around in a long time.

Snarf says hi. an old retired bird dog. Chesapeake retriever. But I think he's got some pit a generation or two back. Get him in the right light and the red nosed pit shines bright lol.

Sorry the walls haven't been painted in the room I sleep yet. I'll be moving to the living room for a while soon to take care of this room lmao.

Is a whole different world now for these kids. I got real lucky my parents handled things the way they did, and only considered certain teachers and therapists even credible at the time. That keyboard being brought into the house and my dad letting me play with hog old guitars... That changed everything for me. Felt like literally overnight even from a kid's perspective.

At risk of using offense language. Most of my authority figures just thought I was retarded but my parents and certain teachers and therapists (early 90s lol) had seen enough and knew me well enough to know that was not the case. Not at all. I even remember wanting to play with the imac's the teachers in the learning disabled classroom had on their desk, was either kindergarten or 1st grade, and getting in trouble and scolded every time i tried, while being entirely unable to even explain why i was drawn to the keyboard

My parents and a single teacher prevented me from getting sent to this outpatient facility that was called the menninger clinic. Every autistic child that ever got sent there grew up seriously messed up, because they were the kids science sacrificed to learn from essentially. Most are homeless drug addicts, dead, or in prison today that went through all of that.

When I started talking to other people, I had actually already taught myself to read. Because the adults assumed I couldn't, because I wouldn't write for them. How upset I would get when they tried to force me would just confirm to them I couldn't do it. I felt like I was being trapped in a box by one frustrating misunderstanding after another, and that's exactly what was happening too. I wasn't wrong about that. Personally i think my brain works a LOT better then some of the teachers and "therapists" i had growing up.

Apple makes its money by selling iPhones. Google/ android makes its money by selling your data. I have my location turned off but the phone will show me my location before quickly switching it and acting like it ain’t spying. When I tell my lady I am going to shave my huevos I get manscape ads. Big Brother is always watching and listening.
No lie whatsoever whatever I talk about (not in the phone but just near it), shows up as an ad on my phone (iPhones included) I personally have 2 iPhones 2 iPads and 1 android tablet, plus the kids 4 iPads, wife’s iPad and her iPhone (I won’t get into switches and games 🤣) but yep every damn time, now when we talk about certian political things this past year our phones will drop the call, and I mean nearly every time we speak of it, any other time no dropped calls, only when we talk about that specific topic 🤔
