I screwed up my lower back really bad. I have a sit down job. I haven’t been able to sit down. I have to roll out of bed, developed a method where I can get my feet/ knees to the ground to get out of bed. I went back to work today first time sitting down all week. I couldn’t stand up to get out of the chair. Took like five minutes to get out, now the pain is in the front of my stomach as well. I woke up Sunday night stiff walked to the bathroom and it just seized up. No reason, I have the posture of a 90 year old man. After sitting down it really aggravated whatever I got going on.

Is it true most of you Americans and Canadians can buy primo top shelf bud for 50-80$ an ounce? That’s insane can’t wait for the day I can walk into a dispo in Aus n just buy different strains of weed😂 with our backwards ass government il be waiting another 50yrs for that chance we can all dream😂👍

Sounds familiar. Have you seen the varidesk?
I had to get one when I worked at the news paper for a while, sitting is great, until it’s not.
I rock full back size heating pads, they help some. If you have any massage therapist friends hit them up some some Swedish, a couple times a week, the. You can dip into full deep tissue. Even the heat stones man, those blew my mind how well they loosened the shoes strings tying my spine to my brain.
If you haven’t thought that route yet. Waaaaaay better then chiropractor.

I am not familiar varidesk but I wanted one of those stand up things. I have been using the heat pad and the salon pads. Even tried a cold run. I just keep walking around like a 90 year old, been doing the side to side shake making me look like a 90 year old woman with the shake weights 😂

I messed up my back earlier this summer and tried to let it heal without seeing a doctor, after five days of pain and not being able to sleep I went to an urgent care. My back was locked up in spasm and required a round of muscle relaxers and steroids to help come back around. What you are describing sounds familiar to me. I don’t have any insurance and was very hesitant to go see a doctor, but without those meds who knows how long I’d have suffered.

I think you may know what I’m talking about, it’s a desk top that lifts and you can adjust it ergonomically. It was a life saver.
Varidesk is the one I had, but there are other makers now…..

The better stuff is sold by 1/8 in my state. The lesser grade is sold in bigger bags at times. The only time I got something in an ounce was absolute garbage. I gave it away and it was given away.

Yea Rightio I was thinkin at 50-80 an oz for primo was a bit cheap still be nice to be able to wander down to the local shops and grab an 1/8 of something that tickles ya fancy though. I figured everyone’s home grown be a better product👍

Yeah I’m not seeing anything that cheap in New England yet, those are definitely over saturated market prices. I see good deals at $100-120 an ounce, with 1/8th between $25-45 . I have no shortage of options for dispensaries and waste way too much money at those places, but I like variety and I’m a sucker for a good deal so I stockpile weed like a prepper stockpiles ammunition.
