Man now I’m reminded of a girl who worked at the gentleman’s club who would go around and sell shots and back rubs, she was classy and kept her clothes on, but she had the hand strength of a steel worker. I’m really bummed out about the light stress up top, and I’m also finding some mid canopy and lower canopy lack of light die back. It happens but this is a little worse than I’m used to given how long they were in sub optimal conditions. No light penetration ladies and gents. It weird having both issues on the same plant. Kicking myself in the ass for dropping the 7000 right on top of all the back plants. That thing stressed my plants on 1% output at 12 inches from canopy.
Next day they were ginger kids with no sunscreen that have been at the beach all day.

This Frostette is stackin now, day 32 or something like that, I have a good feeling about the pollination from the cement shoes took, but damn this cali blues clone donked the fuck out, she no doubt filled in her half of the 4x8, she made me proud hahaha, preflowering heavy now around day 20

Doing the insulation, and whatever drywall and window trimming I can get to on the deck today. Every window is going to have a 6 inch shelf trimming the bottom out, besides where the couch and bar sits.

Just finished putting up some 8mil, 4 year UV transparent plastic. The good stuff. Rolls right up. Velcros down. Those shelves aren't mounted to the supports yet. Just sitting up there

Been getting all these great ideas for redoing my ancient wrap around deck. But realistically I probably won't do anything with my own deck until it starts to fall down lmao

Hell I left mine in a cup of water and clonex clone and seedling solution for over 2 weeks without coin shot to them then just stuck them in dirt had some coast of Maine soil decided to use that for the up pot to save my promix, peat based mix as well, plants love it and are taking off, but guess what, gnats fuckin stickies and captin jacks insecticidal soap hit on all of them lol and boom I haven’t seen one on 2 days they were SWARMING that’s my fault I let it go too far when I first noticed it and didn’t have anything, I haven’t had gnats in my grow with my promix in at least 3 full runs had to wait till o was done with work week and picked everything up

Luckily no gnats in the flower tent so I’ll have to make sure they are good before any are introduced into it

I screwed up my lower back really bad. I have a sit down job. I haven’t been able to sit down. I have to roll out of bed, developed a method where I can get my feet/ knees to the ground to get out of bed. I went back to work today first time sitting down all week. I couldn’t stand up to get out of the chair. Took like five minutes to get out, now the pain is in the front of my stomach as well. I woke up Sunday night stiff walked to the bathroom and it just seized up. No reason, I have the posture of a 90 year old man. After sitting down it really aggravated whatever I got going on.

This sounds like you may have herniated a lumbar disc. Or at least aggrivated it something fierce.

I’ve not looked back since, it honestly feels like your muscles are melting into a puddle! It obviously doesn’t last forever more like a couple of days, but if you need immediate relief that is what I would go for

Docs over here are very reluctant to dish out opioids and muscle relaxers. I remember a few years ago I was in the Dominican Republic and I pulled my back big time, worst I ever had it. I went to see the hotel doc and he pulled out the biggest syringe of muscle relaxers you have ever seen! I’m 6’4” and 280 lbs but this fucker would have sent an elephant off its tits. After that and the all inclusive bar I was basically passed out on a sun lounger for 4 straight days
