My AC units also have that function, everytime I ran them in the dehumidify mode, it didn't do anything.Looks like this AC unit I have has a dehumidifying function. I will see if this does anything. I hit 71% rh. getting some rain today. :(
This was doing really well. It went from 71% down to 65% then shut off. The internal tank is really small and filled quickly. I am going to try a hose and bucket. Temp fix if nothing else.No problem!

They say Air Conditioners naturally dehumidify while cooling, if it does then it isn't much at all at least in my case.
The warmer months sucks, I much prefer winter for indoor growing since I don't need to run as much equipment.
Keep in mind that bucket will increase humidity and but it will have a better capacity before it shuts down. You aren’t going want high humidity when it is time to flower. This was doing really well. I can run it out of the window.... I have the AC vented out of the window.Keep in mind that bucket will increase humidity and but it will have a better capacity before it shuts down. You aren’t going want high humidity when it is time to flower.
