I had a real bad wobble yesterday. Id betcha at least one person has died falling off a ladder trying to do maintenance on a plant that's way beyond anything they were after.

I'll be up on a ladder on uneven topsoil a bunch this fall 🤣

I'm prob getting one of those metal platforms with the adjustable height legs from harbor freight. Damn near saw my life flash yesterday 😅🤣

My grandpa broke his back falling off a latter and then died in the hospital a month later. He was able bodied and sharp minded : ( I’ve done some stupid shit on ladders but am forever cautious of them.

My girlfriend left me on top the ladder that she was supposed to be holding. Wobbled everywhere before she returned. I been scared of heights since. 🤓

I was shoveling snow off the boxtruck at work a few years ago and the ladder was extra wobbly, I couldn’t get back down safely. I had to call the boss and ask him to come hold the ladder so I could get down. I am petrified of heights too. Changing lightbulbs in my warehouse is never fun.

Man I'm sorry to hear that.

And Very same. Had the sketchy wobble on the next to highest rung while spinosading yesterday, and now have a ride lined up to harbor freight tomorrow to see what safer setup i can put together. Uneven soft ground. Sketchy as hell. A contractor I work with some.gimes has this 1x4 platform with individually adjustable legs. He said he got it at harbor freight. It'll go like 5 foot off the ground and you get on it using the ladder. He uses it for painting the outsiders of houses over uneven ground.
