I love the oldies but they are absolutely not scary at all. Slasher films never usually get me unless they throw in a good jump scare. Its the paranormal ones that have any chance of scaring me but I like all horror, even bad ones lol.

Cabin in the Woods is probably my favorite overall but not scary. It's so well done and absolutely hilarious.

I mean I am still going to watch it. I don't do theaters or public really but I rarely don't watch a horror. I have always felt that story would play out much better in a series. They could really get into it then and expand on the whole situation of what the hell is going on there.

Did you see Bird Box? It was fantastic I think comes with very little answers though.

Now I'm not gonna talk shit or anything.

But after a single feeding with kelp + more bloom, and my friends Biggs plant looks happier then it ever has with the miracle grow shed been using all summer. Happy plants make happy flowers.

I believe she has been converted from her wicked ways 🤣

Being a huge horror fan I asked this question a few weeks back, got a good load of recommendations

Hereditary
Late night with the devil
Barbarian
Creep 1 & 2
Midsummer
Blackcoats daughter

I’ve seen loads of good ones lately but I’m usually stoned when I watch so I’ve forgotten lots of names.

Oh and who could forget Dumpster Baby 😂😂

Cali blues showin out!

Also has anyone seen longlegs yet? It’s not out over here until next month. My most anticipated horror movie in a long time.

My favorite scary films aren't camp like. In fact, I've never liked those. I did love Freddy growing up. IT was broadcast on a local channel over an entire weeks period. Loved that too, but did freak me out as a kid. Hellraiser is excellent. My first ever scary movie was It's Alive. I was super young. Love Carrie. Kujo was scary as a kid too. The Saw series are good. Spit on your Grave was good, but not scary. Rob Zombie movies are good not exaxtly scary. Not sure much has scared me as an adult, other than real world shit.

About Candyman, I went to the theater to see it. After the movie, women were lined up in the bathroom at the mirror trying to say Camdyman 5xs, but wouldn't go all the way. I did it and they all ran out screaming. Lmmfao

Grew up watching Faces of Death and Shocking Asia (had an older brother), so not sure Hollyweird was able to compete with that as far as scary writing goes. Books are always better than the movies.

Mind you the Tim curry tv movie was pretty awesome as well!

My first real outdoor grow, and yesterday I was on patrol for uninvited critters. I found this fellow lounging on the top leaves. Gotta love the name for these beneficial visitors—Assassin Bug!

I went out again after dark to look for night diners. None seen, but my friend The Assassin was still on duty, under a leaf, lying in wait.

On my first grow I had two seedlings set up in miracle grow. When I went to the grow store I told the sales guy I had the two in miracle grow. His eyes lit up and he responded get em out of there now 😂. It wasn’t a sales tactic either he already had the sale.
