I already have the stuff to make a hoop house, and had planned to, but I have a 12ft height limit.Get some rope and make a big tent over them use existing trees if possible otherwise you might need a couple 10-12 foot posts for the two ends. For your corners tie a few overhand knots in the plastic sheeting and then use some parachute cord with a slip knot to hold behind the knotted corner of your plastic sheeting. Then run cord to some tent stakes. Then dig a drainage ditch around your perimeter . View attachment 2230498![]()

You may say to yourself how is 12ft not enough? You're gonna have to take that idea up with PB1She just hit 10ft tall and almost 11ft ft wide and she's just now starting to flower
. I haven't even fed her clone yet, just compost in the soil mix. And she's left everything else I have in the dust already, I took that tiny cutting a month ago and im already about to break the clone down into several more clones for gathering pollen and making s1s already.
I may plastic over the smaller plants. Prob will. But I don't have that option with a couple peaceblaster. But they're half Columbian they shouldn't mold or rot much if any. There's only a couple out there im concerned with fungi over.
She grows like this pretty much entirely on her own. Doesn't need tied open or defoliating either.
I actually have a few rolls of 100% transparent 8m plastic that's UV resistant. Is the same kind of plastic they do boat and car soft tops with.I buy that sheeting 3 rolls at a time. In the winter I grow lettuce in Kratky bottles on a swing set

I've got to cover it when it rains or it will fill the bottles and drown the plants. That sheeting lasts all winter. Good stuff![]()
Yeah, this isn't "clear" or "transparent" but works well and holds up well. When I was using my small greenhouseI actually have a few rolls of 100% transparent 8m plastic that's UV resistant. Is the same kind of plastic they do boat and car soft tops with.

My buddy in KC was running two different PB phenos and never caught that. Still no cut yet, they're his last ones going beside a single.blue dream. All still milky no amber at 3 days shy of 11wks. Looks like he has a Columbian leaner, and a moonsocket leaner both.
Living super soil, he prob shoulda used a larger soil volume, I think they're finishing extra slow because they're hungry. They've already consumed all the fan leaves.

In most cases the slightly cloudy plastic that evenly refracts light is better. You'll get more interior lighting of your plants. They don't filter light out so much is just spread it out evenly.Yeah, this isn't "clear" or "transparent" but works well and holds up well. When I was using my small greenhouse

6 x 9' I'd have to wrap it twice a year. That tree you see behind it started to lean into the greenhouse. It's now over a foot in so I stopped using it until I take that tree down, probably this winter. It's great for starting seeds (I've got my hot box in there) seedlings and young plants.
Living it now! Good luck! I've been playing merry go round with rain and plant moving 4 the week of flower it's horribleWell coming out of intense drought.
Supposed to rain all day for the next 10 days. Flooding, whole 9 yards. Right as my girls are going into flowerchances don't drop below 70% u til 11 days from now according to the extended. And we now have a flood warning too.
Where are you located?Well coming out of intense drought.

Eastern mountains. I don't realistically expect it to be that bad where I'm at. Am In fairly high elevations, and the forecast has already changed around a bunch since yesterday. It's mostly sunny so far today and everything weather wise is just dancing around where I'm at today. Rained bad down in town though.Where are you located?
They're North of me, but not that far. I'm sure the river through Gatlinburg and pigeon forge was gnarly as hell, if my driveway was a small river.Saw Dollywood was a river. Didn't know how close to PF you were. Beautiful area. Hope it stopped raining for you and you don't have much damage.
Love your buddy's little clover cover crop. Nice plants.
@PlumberSoCal2
Homegrown lettuce is the best (like all things). All these recalls for produce. Haven't bought romaine from the store in years. Glad you carry it through the winter.

It'll be different again tomorrow lol. I'm actually more worried about lack of sun during this phase then the moisture.
