Me too! Went out back to check on the ladies and I'm seeing places I need to attend to. But it's too hot, so I went inside and had a popscicle.

It takes me to a question open to everyone that feels like pitching it in.

How many hours of direct sun do your plants get outside?

I narrowed it down to 5.5 hours in the location pictured. It doesn't seem like lot. But its during peak intensity and, its the sun after all.

I believe they reached the threshold in terms of sun and heat today because its damn intense out there. They look a bit withered or so. I can take the sun / heat really well and today even had me running for the cover of AC. Its wicked out there

Beautiful!! Awesome job brother. Next year I'm putting a frame over my hole too. I have seen everyone is killing it with the frame. What strains are you running? Do you pick strains based on their mold resistance, or do you pick based on quantity or quality? This year I picked based on resistance. I can't wait to see those babies flower. Good work bro.

Ok I just doubled up my trim sentence on my outdoor “crop” actually I think I’ll get off with probation with these 2 threw another pheno of Phone Home out there today. Seems my space and timing game is slippin for the veg space indoors so another had to go out

It's just too warm all over. I watered mine 24hrs ago and had to make a overnight trip and i came home today about 2pm my plants were so droopy and sad. I can barely stand out there long enough to water them but i did for there sake it was awful. I will post my plants tomorrow when they perk up. Dry hot wind here, you have just the opposite. It sucks the juice out of all living things right now. 120 fires burning all over the state and more to come they are saying.

Gawwwd to have lush green compared to dried out at my place it's just terrible here in Oregon now.

First time grower here. Half Maui Wowie (so they claim, but it is definitely mostly Sativa); half Fritter Glitter. The Maui is starting to flower; the FG looks like it's close (they are a week and a half behind in planting). The Maui seeds popped on May 23, so I guess these are around day 70 or so; the FG is probably about day 60. I'm in Massachusetts and it has been very hot and humid here. Most 90+ degree days in of any recent Summer in memory. I've been alternating between weekly sprayings of Dr. Zymes and Copper Fung (sprayed in the evening). I've been feeding AN base products A and B along with Cal-Mag. Just recently added Bud igniter and now Big Bud. Quick question for anyone: Is it common for Sativa to be allot more thirsty than Indica? Also, does this seem like reasonable progress thus far?

Not in my experience! They are all individuals and have different wants and needs! So far so good! Take them to the finish line!

It will be worth it. I just now need to figure out how to stop the weather from killing them. People are telling me that bud rot could be a real problem this year. I thinned out the bottom third or so of of the plant, and I've been picking and leaves that look bad.
