Found out why my blood count is jacked up. I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease. Calcium build up in my arteries and hardening. Take care of your bodies gents

I feed mine sugar crap water, just filled it up 10 minutes ago

Mine fight all day at the feeder 😕 I don't know why?
sugar water is great for hummingbirds, the higher calorie and the more sugar the better.

Those hummingbird feedewrs represent the ability to rest. Normally hummingbirds have to hunt foor all day long just to consume enough sugar to survive and reproduce.

Those hummingbird feeders give hummingbirds something theyve never had before. Rest, relaxation, and the ability to consume enough in a few sittings to support them all day. Meaning they can chill, and the ability to do that, is something they want to defend, they dont know how long itll be available, they just know that it is.

just because refined sugar is bad for you, doesnt mean it is for something else 😉 i make my own hummingbird nectar so i dont have to have Dyes in it though. If you make a warm steeped tea with wild honesuckles, and dissolve a bunch of sugar in it, they love that, but it goes bad in the feeder a lot quicker then store bought too. And if you dont dye it red or pink, it doesnt catch their attention as well, so i bought a red hummingbird feeder lol.

That's not my property though, it's the gazebo/rock garden at the country club i work at.

Little bit of 95% thca lemon kush distillate. I heated it in the oven to decarb for dabbing lol. Hence the bubbles and movement.

This is definitely "wreck you" stuff.

I'll prob put it up til later lol

What are they eating!? I love the humming birds but hate feeding them sugar crap water!
Nectar from the plants/flowers actually. We have a feeder

3 of them. We use sugar 4 to 1 with water, no dyes. This is outside our kitchen sink north facing window. We have a lot of these hummers around the yard.

Si. We had a pair make a nest and have a couple babies. I could've wrapped my hand around that tiny little nest. We watched them raise and then kick out the little ones. Didn't take long, a couple weeks was all. The nest was between thr rain gutter and roof above our dinning room window.
