First time indoor grow wish me luck

Well this is my first grow you guys and I just switch the light cycle, so it’s safe to say I’ve been in pre flower for 6 days now…now I’m asking is this the first sign of bud growth.?

Could be but i'm not liking the twisty growth. Best to add more info about your grow. Like what you ask?? How about strain, lamp, pot size, ya know that stuff. If you don't know and say it's a bag seed, i'd almost say back it looks like a hermi.
