Def needs more time. Give it 2-3 weeks and ask again. She’s still producing white pistils and you want the pistils to turn brown and recede back into the calyx.
There's a very real preference side of this too. I used to let all my plants go mostly amber and 100% red pistils before I'd even think of harvesting so I wouldn't loose any end weight potential.
I have several sativa lineages though, my favorites tbh, where if you waited til all the pistil were red and receded you'd never harvest any flower lmao. Lots of sativa's stack til harvest regardless, and usually the pistil break from the ovule and stay exposed after swelling in these plants too. (I know this ain't one of those, just rambling lol)
But now a days, I tend to pull indicas for myself a week or two before most do. I tend to let sativa's go a little extra.
The only time I even let indicas get "ripe" personally, is if I'm growing them for someone else.
If a sativa snob like myself let that go another 3 weeks I would very likely not enjoy the smoke and end up giving most of it away.
At soon as 3/4 or so of the trichs have gone cloudy with a few clear and a few amber, white pistils or not, i consider the plant to have entered the "whatever your preference is" zone lol
Pretty much regardless of plant, once I have trichs going Amber in abundance rapidly, I tend not to enjoy smoking that flower as much. Which is weird considering my favorite sativa's all have a mild CBN content at harvest

that's more to do with terp chemistry decarboxylation complimenting a cannabinoid profile me thinks, than oxidation of resins though.
