GE Dehumidifiers are affordable and work well for small home grows, use it in your "lung room" outside of the tent(s), My GE 25 ($199.00) sucks a lot of water out of the air... also has the hose hookup so you can run it into a floor drain or a bucket.

I got a ToLife dehumidifier small enough to put in my grow tent and all I know is that it's practically useless. I'm just sticking with a large one for my room (right next to the grow tent) even if it's loud. From what's going on with my setup, I need to set it to 10% lower than what I want the grow tent to be, so if I wanted the humidity in the tent to get 40%, I'd have to set the dehumidifier to 30% and basically that means I'm running it most of the time when flowering.

To add humidity to my tent, I just hang a wet t-shirt on one side and re-soak it every couple hours.
