Let's hope

You're lucky he let you live. Probably didn't have somewhere to hide your body. All those who have a daughter understand. We'll fk you up, no lie🤣
Flew to Chicago to meet my daughter's boyfriend. Went to dinner, hit a couple bars, daughter went to the restroom and I talked to boyfriend.
I am a small-medium sized woman and told him, 'you hurt my daughter, I'll find you and HURT you.' He didn't laugh. 😉

Small to medium sized mothers dont have to pack brute force strength to make make a young man rue the day. Just ask my mom and my sister's first fiancé.

Not that Dads cant be brutally protective over their children, but Moms? They can be straight bone chilling when they need to be. And it doesn't even matter what they say, it's just when, and how they say something, and it'll just land. You'll be in the middle of a fight with their daughter 2 years later, and then you remember what her mom said at dinner that night when she was in the restroom... ☠️

Did you seek counsel or self represent? Seems like there might’ve been some prejudice towards you that the prosecutor or judge wielded , maybe a family history or something? Six years probation for turning yourself in for accidental shoplifting?? You must’ve impregnated the judges daughter with a sentence that harsh. 🤣
It may have also been (technically) a graphic novel, and i may not have been aware that there was a tendency for kids to take them, read them quickly, and try and return them for store credits.

i was sentenced to state probation. Which was definitely harsh. But neither books a million nor the police bought my (genuinely truthful) story. The probation didnt have a term or duration i just had to complete a selection of court orders from the judge. I was appointed representation but they didnt even make recommendations, they just told me what the judges orders meant all together.

The orders were to completely this kleptomania class, and like 20 hours of community service. But in tennessee, at the time, and may still be this way, all jeuveniles get drug tested. Which didnt happen til my first PO visit after sentencing. This last part was a bit of a bummer, because it resulted in an immediate violation of probation and additional charges because of the way they set that shit up (to trap people from a young age). Theres more detail too i just dont wanna get super into it on a forum lmao.

Oh and if you look her up, the juvenile judge at the time over my particular case was April Meldrum. I believe she ended up getting forced down and (i believe) faced charges herself for having back door agreements worked out with certain foster programs to raise the number of children getting sent off into state's custody from TN. Dark stuffs. State run human trafficking is what i would call that personally though.

The woman court ordered me to be put on chantix medication (uhhhhh) because somehow she knew my dentist could tell i was smoking ciggs. I actually had a primary care physician organize a meeting with her and that court order was dropped immediately. Everything involved with how i got that order was apparently illegal as fuck, according to mom anyway. Being a minor i actually knew way less about what was going on then anyone else, but i cold definitely tell as a kid the system was designed to create repeat offenders, even against their own will, and often does super shady, very illegal things quite blatantly. At least here. But like i said the federal government is currently investigating nd suing my state's government over this kind of shit.

Downtown Gatlinburg has a shop with a big glass store front full of “hemp” plants. I don’t even see that in the legal states up here in New England. It blew my mind, and made me miss my plants at home too. I’m just glad I didn’t get arrested when I was there for a week. The locals had a saying: Drink bourbon whiskey on vacation, leave on probation. I only had a few drinks and got out with my freedom intact. Smoked tons of weed in our timeshare though.
Dude.

It's fucking nuts, it really is wild as all hell....

i can buy clones and seeds, and top shelf dank at a gas station here.

Yea its hypocrisy, BUT.... All of a sudden, out of nowhere, welcome to the new weed wild west. Personally i think weed should be as easy to buy in a store as beer. And i think growing your own for personal use should be as completely unrestricted as brewing your own homemade wine.

Never thought Tennessee would be more open with weed then Amsterdam, but it is now. Tennessee might be the most weed friendly place on earth on paper, at least for now

Seriously, i think the way tennessee handled legal weed was GENIUS

They didnt legalize marijuana, they just changed the legal definition of the word "hemp". Then added a royalty tax to it. That's it. The way they did it, they were able to put a lower tax on it then any other state, while generating more actual liquid tax revenue, and its all being funneled into infrastructure and the school systems.

My state's government does very little right. But i think they nailed the weed thing. Personally i think a change to the legal definition of the word "marijuana" is on the horizon in my state too. Tennessee is probably on it's way to being the world's largest cannabis economy in not too many years if things stay on this path.

Fuck the regulation and all the squirming around and strangling the state's and the individuals profits and wallets. Just legally change the meaning of the words. Boom done. Better economy, happier people, literally overnight. All based entirely in semantics alone. And the assholes in charge even get their cake and eat it too, and SO DO WE. They don't even have to admit they were ever wrong. So be it.

Seeds said bell peppers but obviously it was wrong lol they are way hotter than jalapeños so not bannana peppers. Grow upside down and 🥵
those are wax peppers. Probably hungarian. See if they go red when you dry one. slice it with a razor and set it out in the ac for a few days

If you harvest when about 1.5-2 inches long, theyre a little milder then a jalepeno, and i think taste even better, they just have thicker chewier skins. Those are actually my favorite pepper if the hungarian wax phenotypes lol (long as i dont let them mature too far that is, their skoville isnt super high, but ive had em habanero hot ripe on the bush before.

A souvenir from my trip, keep putting off smoking it cause I want to be able to gauge how high I get.

So if Skunk is Mexican sativa crossed with Columbian sativa, which is then crossed with Afghan indica, then the seeds I found today could be crossed with Afghan and I would have recreated skunk 🦨???

If you've opened it and let air in, and let it sit for more then a week or two, just as high as any other 19% cannabis with a similar terp/cannabinoid profile will.

No ones been checking any facilities either, so some are selling fully cured flower now and not bothering with any nitrogen packaging anymore too.

Tennesse all of a sudden one day, just turned a blind eye to cannabis, changed the definition of Hemp, and stopped messing with people. Get caught with labeled stuff and dont seem high, they dont even take it, get caught with unlabeled stuff that tests dirty, theyll take it and tell you to leave the untested stuff at home next time.

🤷‍♂️
