This is as far as I can open it and that was with force so I could get in.

AC Tents I saw on YouTube have both upper and lower light leak blocks on their tents, they cover the zippers and they meet in the middle and slightly overlap to block light. The picture you showed has a top lip, but no bottom lip, and I am wondering if that is because it is caught in your zipper which would cause it to get stuck.

Happened to my old flower tent, but maybe our tents are different. I was stumped for hours too until I picked it out, sorry if this doesn't help I just thought I recognised something that had happened to mine.

I’ve grown just as many bag seeds as I have breeder seeds. I wish I’d have taken better records of my grows in the early years. I sometimes would set aside the original bud and compare it to the harvest.

Prior to legalization as far as growing goes, i only have a couple crappy photos
Very few and far between. The blue bucket is bag seed that turned out to be a stupid auto. Good smoke and frosty in the close up but topping and weather stunted it so only got an oz off it. The other was a really good bag seed that I wish I had grown indoor at the time but back then you had to make your own setup and have MH and HPS. So i was outdoor only

Last night I had some more shit happen. I went to close the tent which ac affinity has two zippers. Well zipper up top suddenly locked up and I couldn’t get it to move back or forward. There was no resistance just a flat stop. View attachment 2245234^ that’s the right side 4 feet is the marker on the poll. I spent about 20 minutes trying to back the stuck zipper.

It closes and unzipped fine earlier using lower zipper. Up to the stuck point. I get to call them. Yay . It’s not even a full grow.

@BudRanger1919 is right. There is a little flap of fabric that gets stuck in the teeth of the inside of the zip.

Same happened to me... took 5 mins of pulling it back a bit and pulling the fabric little by little.

unfortunately that little fabric flap is there to prevent light passing through the zipper.

I built up a really good habit with tents after ruining a couple zippers. Always pull the zipper out toward you away from the tent while your zipping it, and that little flap should never get caught up on you. I hate those things so much. As long as you dont store a bunch of shit on top of your tent, The tent should have plenty of give to pull the zipper toward you.

I had stowed a cat clawing post that was prob 20 lbs on an el cheap tent with plastic corner pieces once, and i was still using HID setups (heavy ass hoods) And i went to pull the zipper toward me with too much force one day and some corner pieces broke, and i dropped a hot HPS hood with tent filter and all down on top of a cheese candy plant 5 weeks into flower. Most was salvaged, but lots came off early, everything was shut off immediately but those hoods will hold lots of heat for a while

That tent was rated to hold 75lbs. But thats linear downward force. Even with metal corners, angular force of about 40lbs lbs will usually tear these suckers down. 25-30 with plastic corner pieces.

Made damn sure i cloned my mystery plant this season. And yea, def woulda been another repeat if i hadn't lmao. As per tradition, my current unicorn is a completely unknown origin, mislabeled, non fem seed and is expressing mostly traits i havent ever seen in a single plant all together before.

its been a while since i popped any unknown origin seeds, was mainly just because im starting over mostly from scratch again lol.

My mystery sativa has been so insanely impressive all season long, that until it started flowering i was pretty convinced it had to be a wild hemp. I almost didnt clone it, but then i noticed preflowers swelling in june and getting frosty, so i snatched a cutting. She never revegged though, and as soon as the soltice past on, she started to stretch for flower. She was my first plant to sex all the way back in mid may as a tiny little thing too. Nothing about her is typical, not a single trait. She grows like cane and bamboo, and thats not a metaphor either. PB1 is 14ft tall rn, and the mystery sativa grows substantially faster, and was a lot bigger then PB1 when i cut her back.

I cut the thing damn near back to the ground a couple months ago to make room for PB1. Currently shes my 3rd largest plant out of 14 again

the thing is flowering faster and stacking more quickly then any other plant ive ever put outside. But it also looks damn near pure sativa, and its some of the frostiest, most perfect bud structure flowers ive ever seen coming along outdoors, let alone coming along this fast. And every time i barely even touch her starting night before last, she puts out so much stanky citrus (not sweet citrus) that i cant do anything but stand there stink-facing at her.

i dont have the slightest idea what she is or where she came from tbh. I keep trying to call her bluffs, but so far she has not been bluffing I really wish i knew it's lineage.

If the flower quality is there like it looks like itll be, She's my very first unicorn lol.

that tiny outdoor indica was all i could dig up at all from back in the day lmao.

I was dumb enough to be on grasscity a couple seasons, but a couple members figured out i was like 15, and also in Tennessee, and they convinced me thoroughly enough in private messages that i was being incredibly dumb, that it scared me from taking pics or eve posting while in Tennessee. Good on those guys too.

In KC i grew legally, but was always over plant counts and selling street style, so the only pics i ever took were to show things to other growers i knew personally, or build some hype for a plant that was coming down soon lol. In phoenix i attempted growing, never had an indoor setup though, so it didnt ever go very well.


This is the first time ive ever not been breaking any laws while growing plants. So off to the forums i went lmao.

I grew the blue sunset sherbert from Barney’s farm, and was not disappointed. One of the most unique looking plants in flower that I’ve ever grown, second only to Anvil which was originally called Mandalorian genetics,now known as Gnome Automatics
