I looked on Wikipedia, and Louisiana has had big problems with them, as well as a lot of states! But the part on Louisiana said they are supposed to be pretty good eating! And I sure wouldn’t want them getting anywhere near my plants. Keep your eyes open for sign! And keep your 22 handy with some kind of light. You may need a hunting license, but I think you can kill them at will!

That’s crazy! Every place else considers him a major threat to the environment! An invasive species that needs to be eliminated! Would be like California and Texas protecting feral hogs! I think Oregon is getting as flaky as Callie! You just be ready to blast in case you get up at midnight and go out and see a couple! Oregon be damned!

Can't imagine why an invasive species would be protected. I attached this, but it is from 2019. Maybe check your state website for a more recent report. Seems to me like you can definitely kill them.

Hope your plant heals. Your plants are beautiful. .

Cinnamon is an incredible natural fungicide.

Thanks for that. πŸ™πŸ½

Oregon is rife with cartel operations! For that one that got popped there will be two or three that don’t! It’s factored in! Sadly, that is where a lot of the trafficked humans wind up!

Not sure how much I'll get done today. Only an hour of sleep yesterday and 3 last night. It's now day 5 in a row with a migraine. My muscle spasms have been pretty bad lately, thus the lack of sleep and doing repairs and trussing my plants yesterday didn't really help matters. Gonna water, make a sacrifice to the weed gods and rack up.

Have a stony day farmers!🌲

The power of cinnamon 🀯 I had no idea last year and now it's part of my topdress every time. You can also ferment it and spray it πŸ˜‰
cinnamon is an old trick us cacti and succulent growers picked up for keeping mold and bacteria off just about any plant wound lol. Very handy stuff

Every time i take a column cutting from my cacti i always hit the cut with cinnamon. Helps it callus cleaner and faster for rooting.
