She'll sit there for a little while longer......

Q-tipped her bottom 🌗 about 2 hrs ago.....I don't want to move her back in quite yet......

I've had this Blueberry plant a few years.....last year was a couple handfuls.....this year, after many failed attempts at propagating, I'm feeling it...this is the year I've been waiting for.....studying up on....learnin different tips/tricks.....

Air-pruning/layering.....or something.....

I used miracle grow organic container blend and this bagged stuff in the picture....I'm a fan so far....if the Blueberries take off, and the Jet Black also of course, I'll definitely be a fan.....I use it in the 🕳 and fillin in....

I worked with this flamboyant gay guy who was always happy and nice. Well I guess I struck a nerve making fun of Britney with a conversation he decided to ear hustle on. Dude was at work saying he was going to punch me if I ever said anything bad about Brittany. One of the ladies told me that lgbty or whatever they go by these days love her. Idk 🤷‍♂️. There’s a lot of artists that I may like their music but I will bash the personalities. It was just weird to see someone so upset about a person they have never met being made fun of.

Are you grafting it? My lady’s dad had a tree with multiple types of fruit in all grafted. I have a co worker that has one too. From what I understand at least out here with citrus trees they will die planting from seeds. They graft the citrus tree to a different plant that’s more suitable for the environment. Also with those if it dies back to much when it grows back instead of a sweet mandarin orange you get a sour nasty fruit. It’s been a while since I have been down that rabbit hole.

Kinda funny how I ended up kinda liking her....

It was the mental break that did it for me....(was it a mental break....probably not....probably fuckin fed up with the bs that homelife fed her....)

But the songs were definitely more to my likings.....little heavier.....

I am not grafting it.......yet....I've got 2 blueberry bushes, one is a tallbush, and I'm thinking the other is a shortbush.....the short one was from a store/garden center.....

If we get something that would be worth it to graft to, I would most definitely try it....

What are you doing with the skinned bark and bandage?

I don’t listen to the radio, watch tv, watch the news anymore. I was never in to pop music so I don’t know if she’s even relevant anymore. Ignorance is bliss 😁

Air layering I think is the proper term.....

The concept is, scrape the bark off while not damaging the tree itself....put rooting powder on the wound I made, cover it with soil, as you would a clone....except the soil is all around the damaged area, encased in a container.....so the soil stay while roots form.....

When roots form, cut the branch beneath the roots, which is in itself, it's own plant/clone, ready to plant....
