Are Spider farmer sup lights on worth it?

And wondering if I should get the supplemental lights, any one ever use, are they worth it

Might be worth it in your case. I won one a few weeks ago that I have yet to use, but will be using very soon. It says it's best for lights <700W. I imagine it would pair nicely with a 480W. Depending on which one you're looking at. Your link just takes us to an empty cart but they have several different types, so maybe choose one best for what you're working with.
