Need sexing info on these two plants please.

Hi all, total newbie to growing here. A friend gave me two plants of unknown sex when they were only 2"-3" tall. They're 18" tall at present. Can anyone tell me the sex of these 2 plants? I've done some research but still cannot tell. Thanks in advance! Next year I think I'll order a few feminized seeds.

Thank you so much for the info re sex! And yeah, i noticed the yellowing leaves. I'll heed your advice. I transplanted each plant from their original small pots into 10" (1 gallon maybe) pots when they grew to about 8". Do I need to go to bigger pots again? TIA!
