From what my old eyes see, you’re close, but need closer pictures of the buds/pistils to be sure.

here're some close up photos

hard to say, buds seem rather small and seem to need some more time, calyx small as well (but that can vary a lot from one pheno to another) but at least swollen, and ratio of brown pistils vs white pistils suggest you should be close.

it seem your plant dried more on a side than the other ? not sure if nutrients burn or heat stress at all ...

it's because the light is too close to the canopy... since my gal is tall, there's no more height in the tent to adjust, i will dial down the led light a bit to avoid light burn

By all means get the dead and dying leaves out of there……they only invite trouble. It’s hard to tell the overall health of the plant with them in the picture.
The buds from the Individual pics def could benefit from a bit more time.
I guess my question is what on earth happened to cause all of that brown crispy burn???
How the temp??
I personally lower my temps gradually as it gets later into flower……
Right now I have more questions than answers…..

Yes. You're going to start running into problems if you leave it any longer plus to my eye it looks like it's as done as it's going to get as it's basically dead at this point anyway.

Edit: light burn mainly affects the top of the plant. I suspect other issues are present.

Also, I totally agree with the previous post that your light is way too close to the tops….i don’t know about your specific light, but I never have mine any closer than about 15 inches…..and most of the time it’s not that close.

i've dialed down the light intensity, i'm gonna cut down the dead leaves now, I will also wait until the brown sugars show up then i will start my harvest
