Bottom leaf yellowing on seedlings

Day 18 for my seedlings, bottom leaf is turning yellow, any ideas? I'm using coast of maine seed starter mix, I spray soil twice a day.

have you been letting the soil do a wet/dry cycle or you trying to keep it moist?
how much water you give and how often?

I spray the top soil once in the morning, once in afternoon, I been keeping it moist

stop that, now it’s time to water all the medium and let it dry out before adding more,.. i’m guessing those pots take 100 ml, so when it’s dry water 50 ml, some may come out, wait 10 mins than add the other 50 ml than probably 4-5 days later might need the same..
