seedlings/vegging plants 16/8,. getting close to wanting to flower than lower to 15/9, week later 14/10 (most strains start flowering except kumaoni)., leave at 14/10 for 4 weeks for the stretch and increase in nutrient uptake, than lower to 13/11 for 2-3 weeks, than finish out with 12/12,..
science has proven with the increase in light hours during flowering increases everything,..
and this is more natural..
18/6 to 12/12 is bro science,.,

I'm gonna regret putting the JH BB lineage outside in Tennessee. I can literally feel it.

@Captspaulding they haven't been the most vigorous phenos (mine and Walt's anyway) but this is absolutely some of the densest, nicest looking and smelling flower I've had this year.

This was DWC grown on a solid run though, will be extra dense.

His pheno #2 in flower and he's gonna gather me some pollen from the 1 male too if you ended up wanting any of that lol (so far only 1 in 7 plants were male)

This is pheno #2 of his. It's sensitive, he light burned the hell out of it lol. He says this one's even denser though.

So far the only thing special about the harvested flower grown on our end is the weight of the flower because of the density and bud size. And I do have one phenotype wreaking of pine. Was hoping for more. But got one. I'll definitely popping some more of those when I get to the new place this winter though to hunt some more. So far I only have one plant out of my consider a real keeper and same with my old roommate

The buds I've been getting sent out from my old roommate do have a very very nice hash smell to them though.

No you didn't but I've been watching @Putthataway grow and that's probably my favorite plant he's got.

It may take me a while to get to it at this point but that would definitely be when I grow if you sent it.

And I actually ended up with more phenotype variance out of those than I did from my Columbian F1 even though the piece blasters looked more different as sprouts. Genetics are weird sometimes lol.

well obviously he’s one of them studying the plant etc,. just something doesn’t rub me right with him,. especially when he has been doing this research for 40 yrs+ while during this time marijuana has gotten worse compared to landrace,. but anyhoo i’ll avoid that topic here..

well over the last week i’ve had 2 friends go on and on about how they love the cali blues and how it smells, looks, vigor in flower etc compared to anything they have that are already requesting for it next year, hell my one buddy wants 4 of them and nothing else.. i’m like you haven’t even smoked it yet, but in love with it,..
i want him to grow one landrace, so that’s the deal, i’ll get him the seeds if he grows a landrace! haha
so pretty please i’ll need a few more of those..
so hopefully you have more of those and i’ll give you a gift and $,..

I’m telling ya since I’ve had the first few seeds going and I found this freak pheno everyone loves it, I just kept her going, that’s why imma hit it with so many pollens to start playing with it, even with these light leaves under LED’s she’s a crazy flavor producer even though I’m flowering out the mother she’ll carry on in multiple crosses

The other phenos diddnt have this density, or aroma or flavor, or leaf coloration, she was like a completely different strain

Yeah it’s nuts watching everyone grow my cali b, Mike got a wacky ass recessive pheno that really is just wild looking, out of the hundreds of plants I cultivated of that shit, never came across it.
you ain’t kidding man, biology and and genealogy are a damned crazy cross section of breeding for sure.

This JH BB flower has that slow creep sativa thing going on too.

You know the one. You take 3 or 4 good rips. And it leaves ya a little disappointed, but then 25 mins later you realized you've smoke a little too much to be pulling a deck apart

Very potent flower. You just can't tell right away because it doesn't slap your chest or forehead with a brick indica-style lol
