So when I put the net up on peaceblaster I ended up breaking a branch pretty bad. It baaaarely survived. So I left it hoping maybe it would spit some bananas over the mystery sativa and give me a few cross of the two.

The oldschool hippie-fried way to make fem seeds... Being careless and destructive.

It definitely did. Some time in the last 3 weeks based on the maturity of that s1 that was forming here.

Fem F1 between PB1 and mystery sativa. Fem F2 between PB1 and PB2, and prob some PB1 s1s on the way lmao.

Removed the stressed out limb because no sense in seeding more then what I'll prob already be growing now.

Broken branches aren't always bad things prob 50 little solo bananas formed. Should give me a couple nice little handful of beans.

That knocks 3 of the planned seed runs off the list already lol. Lookin like ill get a few S1s too.

The branch break was a little over a month ago right a stretch was starting. Couldn't have timed a branch break to force hermie better on purpose lol, and the tip barely survived it which was even better.

It's the next most effective way behind colloidal silver to force a stress hermie imo break a branch during the flower stretch.

Oh and I am a fan of running a hate tent stress situation. I use two tents, 2fems seperate in each one.
One tent dialed in like presto, end of week3 flower on the other. I set the ventilation and circulation to cut off 3hrs before lights out. Everything airflow turns back on at lights out. So I do that for a week-14 days depending, then I take the fem pollen on a brush, take it to the other tent with the other happy dialed tent, schmeeeeeeer that chick up and presto, bred that tendency for herming at high temp and eh right back out. Now pheno hunts and further stabilization.

Do you know what it's called when you make a cross between two plants that have the same mother, but not the same father? I've been trying to figure that out for like 3 months now lmao. Would that technically be an F2? No clue.

That wouldn't be an F1, not enough lineage divergence.

It is technically just as likely that the mystery sativa has the same mother plant as the Peaceblaster cross. But a different unknown father, as it is it's a completely different lineage from a friend or something. I did go on a sativa gathering rampage there for a little bit though. Most of which never re-emerged from the crisper lmao.

I just lean towards it being a different lineage entirely, because aside from them both having similar structure because nearly pure sativa, they possess zero similarity at all. Smell, or bud structure either one. The columbian and all her daughters have had a real spikey look to their flower too she totally lacks. The mystery sativa is probably the most unique plant ive ever popped tbh. Closest thing to a "thai" description i think ive ever seen in person. It's colas straight up look like the old ass pictures of thai stick lmfao.

Of course it's a mystery plant pulling out the unicorn shit always is. Got real lucky i have another nearly pure sativa right next to her though
