Whats causing the leaf tips to droop?

Runtz autos (day 9 of flower)
3g fabric pots
FFHF soil
gaia green 4-4-4/power bloom/basalt rock dust/worm castings.
I also give it some seaweed extract and growers recharge once a week. All according to directions on package.
300w led growlight 75% power at about 18in hang height (700-800 PPFD according to meter.)
Tap water 7.1ph, 170ppm (bubbled over night)

I'm watering them every other day. About 1 liter per plant. First 3 weeks I didn't top dress. Just what's in the soil. First top dress I did 3tbs of 4-4-4 and 3tbs of power bloom for each pot.

the leaves look a bit droopy. Especially the tips on the one plant. Is this from over / under watering? Did I over feed them?

You were correct. Bought a different pH meter to compare and it was showing my water reservoir at 7.9-8.0. While my old one shows 7.0 - 7.2.

I guess that's what I get buying cheap on the jungle website.

Ph'D the water down to 6.5 and gave the ladies a drink. They already looking better. Still a tiny amount of clawing but I'm just going to chop that up to slightly too much nitrogen.
