So I have a ? For ya all if you live in a legal state can you mail weed or seeds to another legal state? Or to another legal country like Canada? I buy seeds out of Colorado and they have made it to me here in Canada no problem at all. Here we can mail a sealed 30 gram bag of bud anywhere in the country I know we are lucky but is it a thing in the states?
Seeds are Okay
THC weed is not
CBD flower is okay.

what about uncured cannabis flower thats been tested to be under 0.3% delta-9 thc?

I could sent you a 25% thc-a flower, uncured, stored air tight in darkness, with a test invoice that can prove that it is just fiber hemp flower under the clauses of a very non-vague constitutional amendment lol. Federally, and unless your state has its own amendment against the 2018 farm bill, that would just be industrial grade fiber hemp flower. It's not even a grey area tbh.

Im 99% sure if i have my flowers properly tested, ill have at least some flower i could legally send to most of you under current federal law. But that's only because i live in tennessee where hemp has been protected for cultivation since WWII, and because of the 2018 hemp farm bill.

I can grow drug strain cannabis in the window of a headshop here if i wanted to. And then dry it and sell it to customers in house from a retail store front. They can even sample the product in house. No laws broken. So long as the flower is tested and uncured lmao.

you guys should be able to order dry flower in *most* USA states from flow gardens here in TN too breaking no federal or state laws either one. High grade medical quality flowers. The business was started by the cup winning breeder of the "Flow" gene pool.

I start Apr 20 lol then lights are set to sunrise and sunset for June 3 or so veg indoors till then and out they go for the summer I’m kinda happy that I didn’t end up with big plants this run chuck easier harvest i hope to get there pretty much smoked all the autos 1 jar left I had lots of help
Big plants can get a little unmanageable. I can't reach the top of mine and not just because they are tall but they are so wide I can't reach far enough. I will be a concern now that we are getting into mold (WPM/Botryitis) season. My jands already ache just thinking about all the trimming.

A quick search will tell you everything you need to know, rooke ! And pay attention to crossing international borders and state lines!

If you grow the right kinda of plants big you dont really have to worry about PM or molds. Used to be breeders would breed specifically for outdoors with certain lineages but most dont really do that anymore.

A byproduct of a plant that grows in a way thats very PM and rot resistant, is they they also dont really take any time to trim either.

Can dry trim a pound of stuff that grows like this in like an hour while also not really batting an eyebrow at PM or bud rots. No rush, no hurry, dont even have to fresh trim em usually.

I dread harvesting my indicas and my OJ x BBs. I look forward to harvesting the peaceblast lineage. Although PB3 does look like she's gonna be a bitch n a half to trim up.

And yea, @RootFarmer you are definitely still on the list for the crosses coming along as we speak 😈😉

Will do buddy just thought I’d ask folks down yonder so until it’s burned it’s still hemp even tho it’s high in thca

lots of states have made state laws over turning this amendment, and i believe only two other states besides TN protect the private cultivation of hemp plants.

I can do that because i live in tennessee, whether you could, or could recieve it, is up to your own state's hemp cultivation/retail/distribution laws.

But yes, federally all cannabis plant material under 0.9% delt-9 thc is considered fiber hemp. Legally. This includes many strains of cannabis you buy at medical dispensaries, not all of them, but many. Something like a gelato thats always 5-15% decarbed thc at harvest is no dice. Something like a lemon haze that has to cure for a month to have any decarbed thc at all....fair game.

Yeah, and they had a license! I stand pat!
i have a license to cultivate hemp flower. It's not hard at all to get a license for fiber hemp cultivation in TN. Private hemp production for material commodities has been protected in tennessee for a long time. Alaska too, i think one other state but i cant remember.

You can find private stores here growing autoflowers in their windows. You can order the flower from anyone with a license to cultivate hemp flower. And in tennessee it's not hard to get that either like i said. Theres a couple people here ive talked to in TN that have one. The indian guys running the deli/smoke shop down in town have one, and sell the autoflowers they cultivate themselves in their store.

Its not like NY where stores are getting shut down for selling weed while its recreationally legal because no prior regulatory laws were in place lol. There's been hemp specific regulation laws in place in TN for ages now. And the constitutional amendment changed the legal federal definition of fiber hemp. And my state immediately drafted royaltee tax legislation on thc-a hemp flower specifically. This was definitely the intended outcome, at least here.

Hell captspaulding is in texas, who hasnt drafted laws that i know of against the 2018 bill, and he has a license to cultivate hemp flower IIRC. He could probably technicality his way into some cool stuff if he wanted to.

Well does cultivated mean you can ship it across state, lines and internationally? That was the question! Without acquiring some kind of license and undergoing rigorous inspection? Diesel knows all about it! And so probably does deadstill! They both grew hemp commercially.

I prefer to dry trim if i can. I have little to no hanging space. I got a tiered drying rack thing because there is no way in hell I could even fit half of this year's crop to hang dry. My conditions are usually less than ideal but the buds smoke great and pack a punch so people shouldn't stress about it too much. I have shit packed in pretty tight when I do hang and just separate things as they dry and shrink to create more air flow. No special room or climate controls, ambient light, sometimes even sunlight from the sky lights. Looks like the strains will finish more spread out this year so hopefully I can hang one or two at a time and get some drying done before I need to transfer to the rack so I have space for the next round. But it pays to have a contingency plan.
I agree about the state of genetics. I can se it in my garden. GDP is a machine. Obviously built for production. At the other end of the spectrum are the Blueberry Cupcake S1s. I've never seen 3 mutations on the same plant before. Based on the info from the breeder, they know it's a finicky Prima Donna. And outdoors is the last place that strain should be and yet super stretchy and not well suited to indoors either. It's been kind of a pain from the beginning. And the hit it took after the rainy spell while the others did fine shows how unstable the genetics are. The S1 should stand for Shit 1 ffs. I still think, this batch at least, was an unintended pollination that they tried to push as a real S1. If they are knowingly selling crap genetics then they either dgaf or are really shady. Maybe both.

Oh and waiting with great anticipation. 😁Thanks for your generosity. 🙏🏽

Unless it's extraditable offenses on your end, from my state, yea I can. The one who has to worry about all that is the receiver. There's also some weirdness if the package were to be intercepted in a state with differing laws. But I would face no legal repercussion if I sent tested hemp flowers as a licensed hemp cultivator out of my state.

If it was intercepted in a state that would request extradition for some law this broke, then I'd be in some doo doo.

But there's no such thing as a state that's going to waste the man hours and investigation time over a small amount of what their state legally defined as an illegal sale of a small amount of marijuana trafficked over their borders.

Even if I wasn't licensed and in Tennessee and just vacuum sealed and sent someone a qtr o of marijuana and it got siezed, no, no one's going to pay the 50 wages the weeks of time it'll take to organize an investigation over that either lol. I've been sending cannabis through the mail for nearly 2 decades now from lots of different states and there have been several confiscated packages in there too, and not a single knock on my door. Not once. Some of the packages came back and had been opened. I just left those outside and eventually sent em with the dump truck. Still never had any actual knocks on my doors.

Now if I was sending like a pound of weed or something. That's very different in the eyes of "how worth our time is this"

You can go to flow gardens website right now and order some of you want. I think there's like 16 states now they won't send to last I checked, so there's a pretty good chance you're still on the list lol.

If it's from a solid plant I've never had to hunt more then 4 or 5 s1's to find a damn good representation of the original phenotype. But I've also had plants that made s1s full of weird mutations. Those plants also tent to make poorly viable fem seeds etc too. I would consider that poor genetics personally yea. IDC how potent or tasty the flower is if the thing is a pug that can barely breathe on its own and can't even fuck itself worth a damn 🤣 (when it comes to growing putdoors anyway that is)

I have never purchased any S1's but I do make my own and so far after a few different strains there pretty consistent for me. I kinda would like some mutation that I like I will run with it🤣 on a side note once I found out what s1 and f1 ment and how you shouldn't purchase f2's it reinforced the fact that you can do this for yourself.
