Hey all

Had this pop up on a few leaves on the outskirts. Week 8 of veg Currently feeding 1.6ec every 8 - 10 days using the full 6 - 7 ph range . Vpd sits between 0.9 - 1.1

Any help would be great. Tried googling it but can't pin point what it is

Your light is bothering it most likely

I thought that but it's not a very strong light. It's my veg light. Mars ts1000. 21" away @ 75%.

I'll move it up to 24" for a week and see how that goes
LEDs will surprise you, I have my light at 50% in veg then 75% for stretch but I also raise it. 100% only if necessary near the end. I have a 150 watt light as my primary โœŒ๏ธ

How many inches away in veg?
Raise it a little every day until the leaves are perfectly flat during the day with no tip burn. When leaves droop they are hiding from the light and typically have a slightly burnt tip, when they pray they want more light. Praying before lights out is a tell tale sign of lack of light. Lighting is different for different plants, you just need to feel it out. There are NO absolute measurements when growing plants, you really need to go by feel through experience and experimenting. Any numbers people give you are approximations, hopefully that makes senseโœŒ๏ธ

Light sensitivity is caused by imbalanced trace minerals. Low calcium low magnesium low iron low zinc low boron low copper high manganese. Cannabis will not suffer from light sensitivity when it's nutrients are in order. Increased heat and light increase Manganese hyperaccumulation, which is limited by Calcium magnesium and iron. It's the reason calmag exists.

Every pot grower should know this.

How close do you keep them canna?? that's what I use 150w but my lights are at like 34 inches from the canopy and at 45% intensity..

Hmmm that shouldn't be a light issue then. Very odd, I would do water only next time and see how it reacts
