heyoh my lady is doing some weird leaf twisty deal. She goes to sleep at like 530 when the sun is still up for another solid two hours. when shes sleeping some leaves will turn literally upside down. Some minor canoeing too In soil, alternately watered between the hose, phd nutrients or just myco/micro nutrients also ph’d to 6.3

a few weeks later the problem is worsening.
I started to water a much larger area around the drip line thinking maybe she is really parched.
I boosted my nitrogen thinking the massive plant just needed a bit more energy.
Maybe the roots have made it down to the salt water table. Or its particularly sensitive to all the neighbors lights but i have planted ground level for many years and have never had that problem

yeah totally thats what i was thinking too
thanks
Hmm,

Last time we saw that flipped leaf I coulda swore it was a weird PH swing problem, you’re out outdoor in the ground so shouldn’t be PH’ing

Got any more details on exact neuts used and amounts? Did you first notice the twist when they began to flower or was it something you’ve seen slowly building through veg?

The problem started after a few weeks into flower. I have used a bunch of differnt nutes on her but predominantly ff big bud phd with liquid lime or ph up

I think its the salt water
Anyone think of anything i can do ?

Get a windy day, everything gets a salt mist. That looks like up the island.

does up the island have any tricks to mitigate the problem ?

I remember during hurricanes a local landscape architect used to rinse off his trees to get rid of the salt. Up the island is a reference everyone on eastern Long Island calls anything “up the island “ for me past the Hampton Bays on canal.

Sorry, I thought the pics were from Long Island, just to clarify
