Solo Cup Christmas Tree Fun

I got nada. Planted 18 into coco peat in an egg carton and mice dug out every seed. It was under a large BBHP in the greenhouse and saw it up close Friday morning. Put 3 in rockwool and none of those popped or if they did they too were eaten.

I have an electronic criter chaser, I buy 4pks and don't know when they stop working until seeing damage. Changed it out.

Work has been very busy this past week even working this past Saturday and yesterday one of our kitties passed away.

It's been a week from hell. I'm going to start more today but it's gonna be a busy one. Disposal and bathtub faucet and then a waterheater so I may have to work late.

6am now and I have to water everything well before taking off and will try to get a few in coco.

Hey all you solo growers : ) im to the point where i dont know if I should up pot my seedling into the large solo? My thoughts as follows: if I up plant now do i use the same seed starting medium to allow for the roots to keep doing there thing as seedlings and then repot with finishing soil? Or do I up pot now into the solo with finishing soil? Im afraid I’ll water log the seedling at this point if they are in the veg/flower soil. I can add more perlite to any of those mixes if necessary. Thanks y’all!

I’ve also added more vermiculite then I usually do as it aids drainage like perlite but it also retains water, which I think will be beneficial in these small cups when the plants get bigger, so hopefully won’t have to water 3 times a day

This was my worry if i make the soil to light and airy. Hmmm I like that idea of vermiculite.

We've got 4 contenders as of now.....disappointed in some......but we've got 2 Blue Dream × Blue Mammoth regs, a third is about a day behind the others, and 2 Bubba Haze regs.....

Hey Bear.....when we have a weekish before flip, my solo cupped plant will be transplanted into a different solo cup.....

And watering solocups are super easy......

Using another solo with feed/water, slowly pour around the edges 360⁰....wait a min..burn one....again, slowly pour around the edges....roll one, pack one, and then it......4-6 times doing this will almost always do the trick.....takes about 5 minutes for 1 solo cup, but 15 minutes for a dozen or so.....but I'm not rushing, nor am I trying to.....all for fun or nothing.....ummm....I'll take fun for $0 Alex.....

Dude my mind went straight to “your mother’s a whore Trebek!” From SNL and Norm as Turd Ferguson, the stuff that guy would say was out of this world funny! and absolutely for fun! : ) I’m making friends here and LEARNING all for fun as long as im learning : ) Im still so green with all this so its great experience and knowledge. : )

im going to mix up a special batch of soil for their up pot containing the usual soil I use with the fox farms light warrior stuff and maybe a tad bit of perlite. Im hoping by the time flip comes around I’ll have some better nutes. But i have the stuff I’ve been using if not lol! Thanks again man!

I don't like using bezos or whoevers site, but Amazon has General Hydroponics Flora Trio Series on Amazon for around $80....lasts a long time.....just a heads up....

I mix almost the bottle directions and dilute that in 1/2 with water.....ph, ppm,ec....all within range for peat/perlite

So a couple nights ago I dropped the seedling twice upside-down. TWICE It didn't break but it fucked it up

Looks dead. Anyway, I can't seem to get anything going but I'll be damned to give up.

18 Grape Crush < Sarsparilla (GMO Rootbeer x Pure Michigan) x Granddaddy Purple. 12 Gelato 33's and 6 Bobby's Bad Tooth (Bobby's Widow x Toof Decay).

Hey Plumber......don't feel so bad.....I lost the GDP auto I just germed..I've 2 GDP auto seeds left.....hoping 1 takes for the STS.......but it is kinda funny....going through my grow, I've got 2 or 3 strains going with GDP crosses.....yeah, great strain!!

@Gtglicky3 .....hopeful for the fem......damn.....I've wasted 3 males so far.....urghhhhh......not cool....especially if the strain is killer.....gotta try the fem before we use the male......

Lost two of the SFV’s i got going for this fun run, the other three are looking good though! Lanky in their little solos hahaha! Wife has been really really sick and im in charge of the shit show! Pics to come later or tomorrow. Ill be in the shad at some point today but its been so hit and miss at this point.
