Commercial product I've used is growers ally. If used appropriately citric acid does nothing at all to look smell or taste of the flowers.

I just make 1% citric solutions in my own RO water. I buy pure citric acid on eBay lol

No, needs to be around 1% citric. I know lime juice is about 20% and lemon is less, but idk how much less. Prob needs diluted. Plants will absorb citric acid to a degree. Too much can be phytotoxic and burn leaf margins if it builds up there too much.

Every grower is concerned about botrytis and PM including myself. I got Purecrop1 from my local grow store. I can swear by its ability to greatly reduce but not totally eliminate both these scourges. It has a slight lemony aroma when applied but it does nothing to trichomes or pistils and I usually don’t need it in the final 2-3 weeks of flower. I started preventative applications last week while my plants are in week 4 of flower. I included several pics of the ingredients and application instructions. It’s pricier than citric acid mix but I don’t have to guess at dilution rates. Just throwing this out there. And no…I don’t work for the company. 🥴

Hey does anyone know about seranade for botrytis?? Has anyone used it before? I ordered some and since then I heard that it's no good for mold on buds..supposed to smell bad..??
I think Serenade might be a systemic fungicide! Meaning, it doesn’t just wash off! So do your research! Not positive though!

neem oil supposedly soaks / deposits itself into the flower bud.. altering taste ... so with that said.. I would be cautious about using it at this stage.

I tried been before and it does alter taste. If that’s all you have, use half the recommended volume for dilution.

I have rain coming in 6 days... 3 to 4 days of it... girls are very health at this time... should I risk mold and the hassle involved with damp cool weather and cut early or weather it out and hope for the best?

Yes mostly clear... but measure against odds of mold and hassle..

Opinions and advice appreciated.
Wait it out! Mj makes it through harsh times more so
than it doesn't.

I like my tricks 50/50 cloudy amber so I have no choice but to wait it out. Unless pm is already setting in. Cringe.

First time these ladies have seen daytime temperatures below 90° since June. Then for 8 days they dealt with temps as high as 112° on top of the fires and just overall poor air quality. They've really handled it like champions. Cheers to open windows, fresh air, and cooler weather.

Well that's a word I haven't heard since my college days. They had some leaf drop. But nothing too crazy. Flowers are in great shape.
If you want to dig a little deeper, and I know you’re a little shaky, but bend those buds apart and dig in deep amongst the budlets! There is another world in there of tri-comb deposits that are crystal clear and haven’t been exposed to the elements! That’s when it gets interesting!

That does sound interesting. I'll have to look in to that.
