that looks like alcohol damage. It doesnt show up immediately, nor on every plant. Alcohol doesnt do visible damage directly most of the time unless above like 10-20%, it removes the surface fats and tannins that protect the leaves from exposure and tissue/chlorphyl oxidation. My tammy's i used as an alcohol example for rama have a lot of stuff going on similar to this, ill get some pics of them up close tomorrow, but the leaves also have septoria all over them too lmao. they were my phenos that turned out alcohol sensitive after a single spraying of a 1 part alcohol 10-12ish part water mix. And it usually shows up on tips, and then margins. Tips showing signs first is usually an indicator, if not nute burn, that it was something on the surface of the leaf pooling within moisture. thats just naturally where most leaves will tend to pool up anything wet on their surface.
