Greetings!

I am in the final stages of my PhD in molecular biology in Germany. I am a huge advocate for Cannabis and I would love to get into this industry or even do research in this topic.
Furthermore I have completed the Master of cannabis class from the Cannabis Training University in Denver and also recently gained certificated as GMP specialist and quality assurance manager.
I am located in Germany but I am open to relocate internationally for a position is this field.

what in the world could you learn from a denver university about cannabis?
how much did that cost?
Actually, I didn't think that I'll learn a lot from it as I thought that I already had pretty in depth knowledge but apparently I learned quite a lot. Especially regarding laws and regulations or GMP in the industry.
Right now it's discounted to 199 $ but I think I paid around 300. They're not officially accredited though so I dont know if that is actually beneficial...

ya i just looked it up,..
well i think you and i will have 2 opposing opinions,.. the industry is doing nothing but ruining marijuana, pretty much started from 1990,..
there’s absolutely no reason in the world to have an industry for marijuana, the world can support all the farmers growing marijuana in marijuana growing countries as it has been for 8000 yrs + without disease viriods viriuses molds mildew all caused by breeding and the industry,. look up potato famine or banana cloning etc,.
landrace heirloom etc marijuana will always be superior over anything else,..

You might be right but regarding medicinal products there needs to be good manufacturing practices to ensure high quality, minimise risks and ability to trace back any occurring problems and resolve them.
But that is me talking from a scientist perspective, I can totally see that farmers have other views on this.

I peg the year as 1980. By 1990 the plan was in full swing to destroy weed. They tried poisoning it world wide. They tried and still try to lock folks up for it. But in 1980 somebody flipped a switch to quietly let selective breeding grow to near mainstream insanity. And the people in power knew it would go to there heads and the breeders would ruin the weed at insane levels. And by the time the masses figured it out and a false industry was born it would be on the down side and consume itself playing the game.

If you hold true to your morals and convictions dude rock on! The science needs to be there, why not. But what it doesnt need is governmental red tap AT ALL! Sure you can do great work, but it doesnt matter if your politicians shove their tyrannical boot up your ass to make shit happen one way or the other. I say study what you can without going deep into the cogs of whatever the “industry” has become : ) dont let them corrupt you!

There’s gotta be something out there for you! : ) we need inside soldiers that will keep the fuckers of industry on their toes! 🏴‍☠️💪

Welcome to the Farm!

well there your speaking like a gmp not a scientist,.

Stick with it lernst! If there’s money to be made in the field, you might as well get a piece of it! Some of these fossils don’t do change well! If it was up to them, we would still be driving horse and buggies and shitting in out houses!

lol there was a cannabis college right next to the grow store I used to buy from before it got closed. I always chuckled a bit when I passed it. (Denver area)

I can’t deny I would love to check out the lessons just because I’m curious but it won’t happen because I’m not paying but also other stuff*. 🤷🏻‍♂️

That’s how I feel. I dedicated a lot of my life to cannabis because it helped me in a way nothing else could. I personally do not have the ability to continue on the struggle of getting it to more people for whatever reasons….but I wish I did and I wish that all my struggles and times I’ve given up would pay me back. There’s nothing wrong with making money doing what you love and if you can do that damn it do it! But make sure what you do is right. If it was me I would never feel right fucking people over as some of the industry does…but if I’m making top grade I would love to be paid top grade prices. It’s a lot of fucking time energy and love put into some proper buds. If you can get paid for doing that and you actually come through on that end I feel you should be compensated.

A lot of people who grow seem to forget that 90% of the people in this country either can’t or won’t grow their own! Dispensaries are a godsend to them! They don’t deserve to be bashed! Just one opinion!

Chucky calling others fossils comin from a bloke that needs his afternoon nap😂😂😂 yep low content post again il move on I do agree with ya though @Oldchucky

Good day, welcome! Cannabis was legalized in Germany, right? I suggest it's a great step ahead for Cannabis and research. Welcome to the forum!
Not exactly. It was decriminalized.
The law still says it is forbidden to posses cannabis unless…
So you can have 3 plants, up to 50 grams at home and up to 25 g outside.
However it is still illegal to sell and buy…
They’re planning to go into phase two with dedicated shops, but so far this government is pretty unpopular and the other parties that could gain power the next elections say that the first thing they would do is roll all that back. I guess they are scared that beer sells will go down 😂
