You can run uv c bulbs in there before you move anything alive in, they’ll kill pretty much anything. Are you going to insulate and seal the interior? I’d work on making it as clean as possible and make steps to keep it that way. Maybe use a primer like kilz to cover the interior and then block all windows and doors from light, get inside of it on a bright sunny day and look for any gaps or cracks where pest can enter and hit em with some sealant foam or something. Those uv c bulbs are pretty much just for sterilization , shouldn’t be used in presence of anything you want to keep alive.

Legit. For a tuff shed, flex seal that shit above and below unless there is no real passive ventilation installed yet, wait till after that In and mocked up. Them slap that crap everywhere and ride a clear John boat anywhere,

Yea, it's been a little warm inside recently. Had the AC off again today.

Working the garden with a half broken back and with each hip having hip impingement can be a challenge. Even only having a 2 foot deep space its difficult. The pain in back and hips is intense. Still I would go through it a 100 years before I would ever think of quitting. It is hard enough not working anymore and regardless of the pain I need this medicine to help me get through day to day life. Doctors no longer help with anything besides anti inflammatories. I got 3 hours of flower maintenance in today. Sitting any possible way I could find comfort and bending. Next in a few hours off to veg tent and hammer her out.

Started some sour cheese and kitty glitter (maltezers x apple fritter x Wilson f2) another creation from my friends at Buddy's Beans. Hope I can get male of either one.

Had a terrible mite issue and over used the water, alcohol, soap method and burned some leaves on plants 😢 Finally got some neem and it really is much better. That's what happens when you introduce a clone from a business and don't clean it.

Anyway enough blah blah. Everyone have a awesome weekend and be safe!

I know the feeling. I have DDD on top of several bulging, herniated discs, pinched sciatic nerve with exiting nerve root, all that jazz.

If it weren't for cannabis and buprenorphine I would not be able to get out of bed in the morning.

You should ask your doctor about buprenorphine (commonly called Suboxone, Subutex, etc) my doctor said they even have a version they are giving specifically for analgesic use, but it's extremely low dosage like 2mg per day tops (although you can and probably should go as high as 16+mg per day). It's commonly rX'd for opiate dependence.

I got on it after a few years at a pain management clinic where all they were doing was jacking me up on stronger and stronger opiates until I was feeling like a damn junkie again. They were making me high AF with very little pain relief.

Suboxone or more accurately buprenorphine, actually works very well as an analgesic. They have found that traditional opiate painkillers only bind to 1 receptor in the brain. Buprenorphine actually binds to that same receptor in the brain, AND 2 more receptors in the spine!

Not only does it help with my back pain tremendously, it also does NOT make you "high" or inebriated in any way. Which to me, is the best part. I hate being so fucked up that I can't drive or think straight, which is about all the traditional opiates were doing for me.

The biggest problem with buprenorphine as an analgesic right now, is the insurance companies. Most will only pay for buprenorphine as a recovery prescription, not for analgesic use. However, the research results coming out are starting to convince some insurers to cover it as an analgesic, so ask your Dr! And if you already go to pain management or are rX'd opiate painkillers, you could just as easily walk in to a recovery clinic and switch to Suboxone and insurance (even Medicaid) will pay for it. That's what I did. My Doctor at my recovery clinic knows I am there for pain management and not necessarily recovery. He's also a huge advocate for buprenorphine as an analgesic, though.

Good luck though, man. I truly feel your pain! 👊 🤠

Yeah they had me on 80 mg of methadone for years. It was nice but I did get dependent on it so I cut down to 5 mg per day slowly and when I came off the last 5 mg for about a year I wanted to cut off my hands and legs. It was crazy time. Basically I stay away from any pain killers now. It would be nice to have a couple a month though just to get some relief now n then.

The two smallest mostly light starved bottom branches from the mystery sativa are hanging now too lol. Also fresh trimmed. Could def be trimmed better, she's foxtailing and I don't feel like dealing with that rn on small buds. Realistically the plant prob has a week, prob more to go still.

I'm not buying cannabis anymore. Refuse.

Yo. Anyone who grows outdoor ,,4,or5,plants,,,you are crazy if u don't wash your buds!!pics of 3 bucket wash method, after running about a half pound of fresh bud.the one in the middle is baking soda and lemon juice...it was way clear before this...I used trifecta and 2 weeks ago...looks exactly like the color of trifecta...!! So don't believe the 2 week interval they state on pkge...that being said. This is some excellent Acapulco gold..and after washing the bud tastes perfect...no detectable taste/ odor..I e done this for the past 3 years..and will always wash it if I can.ive found it improves the curing and taste,,,like a noticeable difference.
