The girls (buds) are hard on top softer a foot down ... This is this third or 4 generation of clone, and at this point when they start putting on Amber, it comes in heavy and fast … ( wow.. rings a bell, heard that before, while ago... hmm ) I really don’t want more than 15% Amber

I started cleaning up the wash equipment... going to use a kitchen trashcan for final rinse. There a pretty good chance I’ll be cutting her down in the rain or shortly their after.

So my process will be:

Cut all main branches to a length 2 to 3 feet... basically cut them in half cause right now they’re about 5 to 6… Do the clean thing hang them up outside on the clothesline... wait for a break in the rain and blow them off gently with a leaf blower.. when they’re not dripping anymore, I’ll take them to the room with the dehumidifier... set it at 60% humidity… It’s heavy duty… I estimate it will pull all surface wetness off in four to five hours, maybe less.

I welcome anybody to critique my initial plan and suggest a substitute … Thanks to all for the advice

mmm sounds fine,. probably don’t need the leaf blower, wash in morning hang all day outside than into your drying area, just makesure there’s a small amount of airflow,.

Curious what your dry and cure methods are Snappy after quick wash and hang dry. Do you trim wet or dry?

Long as your South of the Canadian border really, it's more a matter of the right genetics for your area then anything else tbh.

All my plants def don't look like these do. And that's why these are the lineages I'll be moving forward with outdoor here in the future.

Im at like tenessee kentucky line/Between sacramento and portland latitude wise.

hey i’m loving all these ontario growers!
where abouts are you?
bud rot couple did and couple don’t,. most times it’s from wrong strain for area, genetics and not keeping plant health up to par,.
i’m in sarnia by the way

Just east of Toronto. Strain is 'Ethos Candy Store R1 clones'. Never again will I grow it lol. Lost Coast Plant Therapy IPM on regular applications. Little upset because I was told the starin had high resistance to mold and it's probably the worst I've had. Powdery Mildew is absent but hopefully have something left in 2 weeks to harvest(probably 2 weeks early)

ok well maybe when you cut out the rot, after i’ll have a spray bottle with 50% strength isopropyl and mist the spot that i cut,. it has worked for me,. but generally not always but if your finding new mold spots every 3-4 days than it’s worse than it looks,.
if you make qwiso or bubble hash that bud that is still descent can be peroxide washed than you extracted,.
i just did it with a very moldy plant that was flowering on top of flowering as it never really revegged when put outdoors,. anyhoo..
so your out pickering way,. i lived in toronto for 28 yrs..

Yes that's a great idea about spray bottle I've been meaning to do that but haven't yet but will definitely get some now. Thanks

I found one small spot yesterday, removed it immediately. Hoping that’s all. I’m an hour and a bit north/ east of Toronto. Kawartha lakes area
