Would it be better to chop these into individual branches to dry to prevent any buds from leaning on each other?

The girl on the left is pretty dense and I think it might prevent decent air flow. I have a fan blowing away from the plants and a humidifier in the room. It's a tad warmer than perfect.

What do you think, can I leave her as a bush or should I turn her out to branches and hang them to dry?

In my photoperiod grows, I usually use a scrog so I cut each individual branch off because getting it all through the net in 1 piece would take a bit of work.

I've not noticed any difference between hanging the whole plant or individual branches.

I don't let the buds sit on anything solid, if they are laying on other buds or something then I just flip them/move them around a little every day.

The more they are apart though, the faster they will dry because air can move around them better.

My most recent harvest, I used an AC Infinity 6 Tier Hanging Drying Rack. First time every using a drying rack and it made it so much easier!

How did you load the rack? You do branches or nugs?

I honestly like the look of that more than the hang upside down method. I'm super paranoid of the buds touching.
Even in the rack, some of the buds were touching.
I just flipped/moved them around a bit every once in awhile.
I guess I could of bought 2 racks or hung some and put some in the rack to keep them completely off of each other.
Just really depends on the size of the rack and how much bud there is.

Like I said though, I didn't see any issues or anything from using the rack.

If you cut the branches you can get a little natural hanger out of the stem : )

I would leave the plant whole with that environment.
Copy. They are still in tact. I'm going to follow you and newty and keep them whole and shift the plants around occasionally to prevent them from rubbing.

You know I like that style brother! One of those exact shelves is on the list for the lung room reboot!
