I have many dead Elms and other trees subject to elm diseases nearby. The Elm disease was prolly not a natural occurance, either![]()
Black spot fungus, deficiency, or natural feature
While its still early. IMHO, it looks like the start of a Phytoplasma infection.. Its been discussed for several years on different forums. While, its not been determined exactly what it is, general consensus is that it is a Phytoplasma/Viroid-Not Virus, and cant be cure. Sometimes they grow out...www.thcfarmer.com
