It’s not for the feint of heart, The cat that brought that gear by and actually turned me onto doing it would work sideshows before heavy metal concerts in Texas. The motherfucker was every bit of 275 pounds man and those hooks he uses the same ones in the same amount of them, when the wound stretches and hanging, your skin fills with air so when you take out the hooks and everything like you get what’s called rice crispies, you can pop these little air bubbles in your back all over the place. It’s fucking weird man.

So... my fertilome spot is getting too expensive. I found a new guy who, while discussing soils, told me a guy comes if for pallets of this stuff for his monster cannabis plants.... it's like he knew exactly what I was looking for .

Not cheap, but $22 for is worth a test.

Anything goes, right? Well, a couple weeks ago I was sitting on my back porch at me little summer cabin I've been building the last couple years. I was talking on the phone to a buddy of mine when all of a sudden a little bull elk came into view (walked past a RV we have parked there) about 30 yards away or closer. About 6 more steps and he would be able to drink out of my little water trough I put out there for the wildlife. Anyhow, he froze in his tracks and was staring at me. I told my buddy to hang on, I just had a bull elk pop out and he's staring at me. About a minute went by and he slowly turned and started walking away. I felt bad cause it was a hot day & I am sure he could have used that drink of water. Though some of you might like to see the pics.

Thought I’d share this as well. I did start to incorporate sledgehammer by fox farms Into my grow again, but not as a “flush” sledgehammer has one active ingredient. 10% saponin derived from yucca, yucca is a wetting agent, (most of y’all know) so instead of 10ml/gal as directed weekly for a flush, I use 3ml gal once a week in the watering so the peat can more easily absorb nutrients and water (no runoff)

Anyone else using Saponin in their grows? (I only started adding it in flower not in veg)

Clueless and curious on “Wax”

You can make your own extract from buds a couple of ways, I’m not experienced with the technique that TGYK is using, but if the wife or girlfriend has a flat iron presss for their hair, a little parchment paper folded in half, between the press, with a bit of bud. Can be clamped shut for about a minute then released. The trichomes will form a sticky sap type substance that sticks to the surface of the parchment paper and the bud will flatten out like almost paper thin. Do this enough times and you’ll have a decent amount of extract probably coming in at the 60-75% thc mark. It can be easily collected from the parchment paper after a brief period in the freezer. By using a paper clip to collect it, it’ll be tacky and stick to itself eventually you’ll have a big gob of extract that can be used to enhance joints, bowls or be vaporized by itself.
It’s a good rainy day project.

I bought that stuff back when I was using the fox farm trio and I never use it anymore, but that makes total sense as a wetting agent. Thanks for sharing, I will probably incorporate that into my next run.

Still no frijoles after today. Also at another address my property tax bill hasn’t arrived. Last year it didn’t arrive either, the post office returned to sender. Post office had no explanation. I got a feeling someone wants to put a lien and steal my shit. Two years in a row?

Best go right on down there to the town office and straighten that shit out. Pay it in person and then ask them if they can send it certified mail next time. I think legally you have to be notified of a lien on your property. That’s some sinister bullshit if that’s their m.o.!!!

It’s an entire new staff at the grow store and someone wiped out all my purchase history, or they just had entire new system. I was on a mission, no reason for a tent to not last a grow season. The inside flap they have is too short there’s no way to see the inside flap catching the zipper from the outside. If the flap was longer like the the gorilla tent the whole issue would have never happened. Pinching pennies to save a few mm of material. Glad that ac affinity came through and I will say Justin of sea of green went the extra mile to find me the receipt and honor the warranty. Dude had to go through the day sales logs to find the one 5x5 purchase that day.

Good on him man . That’s rare for someone in customer service to actually give a fuck these days. Every time I encounter one of those good ones I always make it a point to tell them that I appreciate them.
