That's how i like to trim and dry mine up like your doing. I've always done a wet trim. I've done way in the past hung up without trimming for me it was a big flop. More of a mess to trim after hanging and then i did'nt like the looks of bud in the jars either LOL. I have 1/4 of my blueberry muffins from the 3 plants trimmed and hanging. It's harder cause i gotta dig out the worm crap. Not all of it is damaged thank goodness. Boy am i ever ready for my season to end.
Yes wet trim 🎯
Trying to trim dry buds is a mess and destroys trichomes on buds.
Wet- hand trim always seems to produce best results for us.

Nice job all. Wish I was ready to harvest but I’ve got a ways to grow and being a solo grower and trimmer means I’ll be in trimmer hell soon. Pics are from 8 ft ladder so lower 50% of buds not shown.

If you have PM creeping in try cutting off all leaves with PM and keep her going longer. I’ve done that on a couple plants and buds have definitely fattened over the past week. PM is not the rapid killer that bud rot is. Check trichomes with a loupe to check for clear, cloudy, or amber conditions and determine if chasing PM leaves is worth the time and effort. I know it was for me.

Early morning walk through.

My 2024 outdoor grow from clones. Photos that were snapped during the night are from week 7. Photos snapped during the day are from today... Week 8 day 51.
Images 1-5 are BB#3, Images 6 & 7 are Donkey Kong, and the last image is DLS (Dirty Little Secret). All plants are roughly 5-10% amber trichomes. Should be ready around mid October. Was going to try and push the BB3 to the end of October, but I don't know if I can beat the first frost. We'll just have to see.
