Just hope Tennessee govt. doesn't close that loophole. LOL
theyve actually expanded the "loophole" intentionally and issued a royalty tax on the production of thc-a flower lmao.

The federal government will have to close to loophole, our state government is pretty thrilled with all the extra tax income

also its not a loophole or grey area either one lol, the wording of the farm bill is very specific, and isnt even arguable through interpretation in a court of law, its too specific and well written. not a loophole, its intentional. There is no single bit of evidence anywhere that this wasnt the intention behind that bill. It very much was, and tennessee is rolling with it harder than any other state in the union. There is cannabis flower growing in the windows of stores in tourist area being harvested and processed right in front of the customers lol

my state legislatures helped to personally draft the wording of the 2018 farm bill. This is what my state government wanted.

Tammy 2 just let out a single seed. She was real close to the big PB1 I force Hermed a branch on for fem seeds.

This single bean should be a fem cross between my giant Columbian sativa pheno, and small little modern gelato/cookies pheno.

This one should be super interesting to pop lmao. Love me some surprise beans.

i set my mom up a guppy/tetra aquapanoics tank in her kitchen. The plants keep the water clean and oxygenated, the guppies feed her lettuces and leafy greens she always wants fresh. Is a 5 gal setup, she ewants me to make her a 25gal tank now too, because she uses the greens like crazy and loves watching the fish lol. I just mounted a 36watt florescent lantern light up under the overhead cupboards for it. Works great.

All she has to do is feed her fish, and every 3 or 4 months or so i come clean it all out for her
I gotta decide what I wanna do, most likely being. 5’ tent I’ll look for probably a 3’ 3 tier rack (I may have one in the back in the lab that’ll work) then she wants tomatoes and microgreens and some herbs so I figured 2 lower shelves will be 12” high with 3 barrina grow bars on each shelf for micros , then top shelf will get the SF600 with 2’ of headroom and I’ll put tiny Tim tomatoes in there that get 12-18” tall on th top shelf

Went ahead and picked up the same cover crop I used indoors a few years ago, this will be going outdoors in the raised boxes

Having a hard time finding organic (no pesticides used) straw locally, will keep looking to see if I can find anything to use, I’d like to start some indoor no till 20 gallon pots but it’ll have to wait for now

Seeds should be here tomorrow I’ll probably get them in Wednesday or Thursday’s Friday at the latest

Picked up a bag of EWC and new liter of tiger bloom on the way to work, I do like the tiger bloom from FF bat and seabird guano, EWC, Kelp meal

Great addition to waterings that’ll be combined with the sledgehammer/ Yucca and Fish Sh!t

New puppy inbound! We lost our Boxer, Meta 10 weeks ago. We had her since she was 8 weeks old and was a wonderful dog. Meta came from a buddy of mine that bred Boxers. She was the runt of her litter and I fell for her hard. She was a bit over 11 years old and her heart was failing and got so big it was taking over most of her chest cavity and shutting everything else down. We knew going into a life with Meta that Boxers are not long lived dogs. But man o man did the time pass fast. Meta's passing has ripped a hole in mine and the wifes hearts. The mourning has been awful. We did not know how hard it would hit us and how deep the sorrow would be. She was a wonderful dog and the world was here to love her. As I type this I'm tearing up. We really miss Meta bad!

Meta at 4 weeks old and 12 weeks old.

What a good dog.....

Wife and I knew a puppy would come to us. We didn't know how, when or why. But it's clear the house has to have a dog in it. The home is empty without a dog in it. Yeah we have a few cats and a turtle in a fish tank. But no doggy. Wife heard last week there was a gent out in the country that had a litter of puppies from a mother dog that had been dropped and shot out in the country. He took her in, dug the bullet out of her and saved her and got her to healing. She is a Rat Terrier mix. As she was healing she showed prego. This good man saved her and kept her the best he could and spent money on her at the vet. Same vet we use. We talked with him here in town and on the phone a few times and went out today to meet mother and look the litter over. Mother dog took to us very quick which floored her new owner and his brother. And she showed us her babies and did not have a care in the world about us handling them out in a old barn in Oklahoma. We didn't get pics of her because she is still in very bad shape. She is a good dog and is following basic commands and social. We took to the female runt of the litter. She is a little cutie!

Inbound in a couple of weeks is Dawn. Yes we have already named her. Have contacted the vet and let them know we will be bringing in one of the puppies in a few weeks and we are looking forward to her opening a new chapter in our lives. A new beginning. Dawn will be smaller than Meta with a good dose of Terrier and possibly a mixed small Aussie Sheppard. Pure Mutt! She sure is a pretty little girl.

Beautiful tribute to Meta. She was beautiful. Boxers are a favorite of mine. Grew up with one and he was very protective over me.

Dawn is beautiful and will keep you very busy in a couple months. Love any and all terriers. Tough no matter their size.

Speaking of tough, Dawn's mom sure didn't deserve that. Glad she had the will to live. Thankful your buddy helped her out. He saved more than 1 dog that day.

Enjoy your new pup. Meta would want that. 🖤🖤🖤

I’m so sorry for your loss, I’ve been there a few times and it’s hard not to choke up thinking about it, but eventually you remember all those good memories and the sadness isn’t so overwhelming. Having a new addition to your home will be good for spirits. Dawn is a beautiful name for her. Being part terrier is a good thing because they’re very active breeds and love to play. Lots of exercise will be needed to keep her temperament even, and if you have any rodent issues Dawn will see to it that you don’t. 😉

Rompin and a stomping cause they’re in their prime.

T-minus 41 hours.

13 full quart jars into dry trimming. Barely touched what's up stairs. Not even half way done with the big PB1 pheno. Haven't even touched the basement net yet. I'm just keeping all that stuff at 60% the with no air movement until I get to it lmao

45 days worth of harvesting in a single week 🤣😭

I'm thinking 2-4 lbs dry is a pretty conservative estimate TBH. Prob more like 5-7
It's making me think about my dry room.... yikes. Good haul, I left a bunch of buds on one plant because I ran out of space. See how they develop over a couple weeks and store them there for now..if they get sick whatever I have so much I don't need it all

So let's play a little "Am I The Asshole?"

If you let someone stay on your property, not in your house, they have their own RV, and you do not charge them rent to stay there and you tell them they are not allowed to bring people you do not know onto your property, are you the asshole for not letting them have visitors or are they the assholes for not respecting your wishes and continually bringing strangers onto your property?

Because it's simple little things like that, that are all I ask for. And apparently that seems to be asking too much from these people 🤷‍♂️
