Well made it through the crap weather all intact last batch of big rain missed me be 50 miles ended up with 8 inches and some change . Yesterday we had sustained 30 miles a hours winds with some big ass gust of 50 the tie downs worked nothing broke but the girls look like they need a spa day there all over the place but didn’t break thanks for all the advice it worked next weeks weather should be perfect according to the crack headed weather man

So just to make sure I’m looking for the right combo of stuff on these plant for harvest

1 dark curled pistils

2 milky plus amber Trichomes on bud not sugar leaf

3 plant starting to change colors and useless leaf kinda fade

Anything else I want to check before I make my chop decision in the next few weeks

Advice ideas not thinking of chopping yet but want to be ready when it’s perfect if at all possible thank in advance y’all

Number 2, is all I ever do.
Make sure your”drying room” is ready, floor swept , Lines strung up,
These rooms get full fast.

One of the lower hanging branches on the MOBY still have almost a month on her should be epic for me if she makes it should change literally my life we spend about 700$ a month on our meds right now

There about 50 branches just like that one and 8 huge tops not bad for a broke in 4 midget westrling ring few months back

So I’m gonna save enough money for a 5x5 set up problem is I know not much at all about it
Right now I have a light off Amazon and a small ass tent like 4 ft tall I’m no good at short plants but learning have some test seeds in there

What would be a great investment a set up I’ll be saving lots of money and will put it in growing having that said should I mix and match or get the kit and I want to splurge on the good stuff I don’t know any recommendations you grow with hps? Old school or you led ?
How much will it increase light bill

bud washing is pretty much a must do with outdoor,..

I love my little Spider Farmer light! It’s the sf1000! It’s small but mighty! You can get a couple of those and daisy chain them or you can look into a little bit bigger version with a combined light (its like two attached into one) anything spider farmer or Phlizon will get you to where you want to be. And there are a ton of other brands! These are just the ones I know a lot of folks here are running. I think you may be able to piece a “kit” together yourself for a little less than the “kit” the company offers but i have not priced that out vs just buying what you need.

Things to consider also… AC for the climate and a dehumidifier. The proper AC can dehumidify but I found with my window set up I still run for optimizing during flower and drying : ) check out @Newty @Mikedin @Captspaulding they run spider farmer stuff and can answer all your questions about the lights for sure. Newty runs both I think.

the stuff about electricity cost and MH/HPS compared to led is non sense,. but you have to get what you want to work with,.
firstly i wouldn’t buy a kit, secondly do not buy anything from amazon,..
personally i use gorilla grow tent and a gorilla carbon filter,.
metal halide and high pressure sodium, an industrial fan, for main tent,. have another tent for baby plants, clones etc,. got 3 high quality humidifiers, 3 old school dehumidifiers (work better than anything new),. portable heaters and air conditioners, 4-5 old school all metal/motor fans,.. so in an so on,. you need all things to control environment throughout the year and for drying your harvest,.

Is there a huge difference power bill wise between led and mh +hps or quality quantity or all the same just preferences????

Wtf is this and should I worry about the rest of the plant

I removed the branch and the one below it buds were not getting any bigger rest of the plant seems to be growing normal
Also same plant buds are big but not getting hard like all the other plants she’s a unknown seed from a friend that kept seeds lol anything I can do to help her or just hope and pray they get dense in the next couple weeks ????
Or could she be a strain that doesn’t get dense idk ?? Help input anything Ty
