I’ve run my 24 hours a day, bro. I never turned that bitch off. I just sit in a spot where there’s no direct light at all works like a charm every time I actually just planted a little cement shoes that I broke off about a week and a half ago and it had like four little I don’t know half inch long roots coming off of it when I planted it It’s thriving yeah I’m like I’m too lazy to be putting my fucking clone box on a timer and shit. I already get you know annoyed enough fucking running wires for lights to separate timers and shit. No, as long as you keep them in, you know dark circumstances for the most part like I don’t have my clone box near any type of light footprint of any lamp I’ve had no trouble and I’ve live in fucking goddamn swamp But I also sometimes leave my cuttings in the box for way too fucking long and they started withering perish and then I plant them anyway, and they bounced back and they turn in the monsters. I’m just a dick about my clones I guess.

Small world you have there. I have landrace genetics that are sativas that are legit, And I agree with you 100% man some of these freaking seed banks are mind numbing man like a certain company here recently
Every seed was a snake bite, out of 30 seeds, of some advertised nice shit, was a bust.
One of the reasons I stay away from banks, and trade with friends instead. At least this way we can all see what’s what before any swapping. It is def a bonus to see from seed to chop. I don’t really agree with the not knowing what you’re buying part though,
By that logic where ever you get your land race seeds, is bamboozling you too? I imagine that you know what you’re looking for when it comes to these old-school genetics that we all use as building blocks to try to re-create some of the classic strains that we all fell in love with At least that’s what I’m in it for and I mean, bro I mean, I know what I’m looking for. I try to make the best judgments based on the experience with these particular cultivars repeat and then spread the love. Give everybody a bunch stop being Nazis with seeds seed Nazis everywhere.

I’d rather buy / trade from someone who shows full grows as well, one of the main reasons 90% of my seeds are from right here on the farm. We’re not dealing with landrace per se (some are) but it’s like you pullin the old 86’s out and shipping us out seeds, or me bringing back the 2012 cement shoes. Are they landrace? No, but I’d trust your freezer 10x more that wherever these banks are sellin and using stock photos.

Yeah as far as light is concerned I’m the same way, I use 20w barrina grow bars over mine lol, I just like the growth I get when I put em in and run that cycle, I’d post some pics but I’m too lazy to go back and pull em up

But usually Im in soil in about 8-10 days with 4-5” roots

Honestly, as long as they pop roots it dosent matter lol even if they only nub up they should be good to put into soil and should take just fine

Do you run straight water?

I run Hypocleanse and cloneX clone and seedling solution not a ton but I’ll run like 10ml of solution in 3 gallons of water saw a big difference in the clones, they seemed healthier and more vigorous with the solution. I’ll have to do a side by side and test lol

Yeah that’s why my last like 8 drops in there I just put “photo drop” and slam em in haha, especially in veg unless it’s training, but in flower I’m a bit more detailed

I was way more detailed In Veg.

Flower is all around easier for me to manage then veg. I know most feel the opposite but I relax a lot as soon as I get plants Into flower lmao. It's always felt easier to me.

Lol my trim jail experience started after yours and ended before yours and you are still going. I went to sleep at 6pm last night and got out of bed at 9:30 sore as shit. sleep well my friend.

as of tonight im almost halfway done. But i have two more big plants ot harvest and 1/3 of another just came down tonight lol.

I actually just now remembered to go back and check this response lmao. Back to work tomorrow, its gonna take me a while to get through all the bags of dry branches. Ill be trimming half cured bud by the time im done lol.

Im a guitar player though and have been for a long time. I have some trim stamina. And mostly sativas. Its not too bad, i just had more coming down at once because of the storm then i planned. But the storm also gave me over a week off from work so i never felt behind either.

As someone who's been messing with these plants for the better part of a decade or more. Including old land race sativa's and stuff.


All I gotta say there is lol. If those old brick sativa's genuinely grew higher quality cannabis then any seedbank seeds you've ever had I strongly suggest avoiding whatever seed bank you were using lmao.


These plants have fantastic qualities to the high. There strong enough to smoke as flower if you manage your tolerance. Their vigor is def unheard of and incredibly desirable for breeding.


But to compare the flower quality of those old land racey sativa's with modern flower is quite frankly so far past absurd it makes my jaw hang a bit lmao.


I suppose you could directly compare the two of you wanted. But the comparison neither informs nor teaches anything because the plants aren't comparable. They're two very different things.

Those old sativa seeds give you better plants.

They do not give you better flower lol. Or everyone would be growing them. That takes intentful selective breeding with them

I forgot to tag the branches I hit at harvest. And was early enough I hit em that they're embedded, not surface seeds.

I've also given a lot of that flower away to people who helped me get stuff I needed this week. But I did tell everyone if they found seeds to get em back to me and I'll make it very worth it to them.

I'll also keep an eye out as I smoke on it.

M'bad. Those should def still be a thing, may just take a minute to accumulate them. Everything else accumulating as intended though.

i just started a bag called "chop suey" for the stale bud bits im finding here and there i cant ID lol. the sugar trim that gets mixed up by accident and stuff.

Gonna make some edibles with it when it gets old.

Old ass chop suey buds make the best edibles ive ever had. reliably. strain and potency doesnt matter so long as its super old and a bunch of different kinds mixed together either.

Honestly ive made budder with nothing but stems and fan leaves. And so long as it was really old and different kinds mixed together the budder is always incredible.

little bit of a tangent there. But yea. This is the only way i make budder anymore. Lots of old crapp stuff mixed together. The high is always WAY better then any budder made with fresh dank material, even if its fully decarbed by heat. Itll low anyone's mind who tries it.
