Leaves turning yellow during 3rd week of flower

In the 3rd week of flower. Larger, mature leaves turning yellow. Photoperiod. Oreoz. Watered and provided nutrients 2 days ago. Is this due to watering or is it a nutrient issue? I realize it could be both. Could someone guide me on what to do?

My first guess is too frequent watering. It could maybe be calcium deficiency.

What nutrients are you using?

Chlorosis of the older leaves from the inside out is typically caused by a magnesium deficiency. Early flower and the increase in your LEDs cause the plant to go through magnesium. A 1/2 tbsp per gallon of water of epsom salts will fix it quickly, if that is the issue. But first, what are you watering your plants with? Tap, RO? Are you ph’ing your water? What nutrients are you giving it? What’s your soil?

Roots organic.

I have a long history of over watering. It probably is this. Should I do anything other than give it more time between watering?
