I had bought a qp of khalifia kush and was smoking out a friend and her boyfriend.

Couple bowls in they were tripping, accusing me of lacing the weed like I was gonna spend real drug money on them.

Some people just built different lol 💪

My ole blue plant. Its very mind fog. Hazy. Non functional. If you start smoking that flower you are done being productive for the day for sure. Absolute guarantee.

My tammy 2 phenotype, is far more potent. Probably nearly twice as potent perceivable when smoking, but its clear minded, uplifting, and focused. That one would honestly be great for just about any physically demanding tasks that require focus and stamina.

honestly, the functionality aspects of flower have more to do with the entourage effect of that flowers particular cannabinoid/terpine profile in my experience then it has to do with potency.

If i had a plant as potent as the tammy 2, but with a high like Ole Bluey, i personally wouldnt ever grow it again tbh. That would be a flower i'd find it diffult to apply, or even want to consume yea.

I have had a couple plants in the past like that though, and my opinion is that yes, you can *absolutely* have flower thats too potent *for it's particular chemistry* to be very useful for anything. Ive had exceptionally potent flowers that encourage frustration and fowl moods before too. Crazy dank, but no one wanted to smoke it lol, myself included. Quite literally all of my plants that turned out like that were cookies crosses though.

Oh my. Hello y'all

Back in the day I ordered some F1s from one of those cheap ads in HighTimes I think. So I got some Kush seeds and with my brand new medical recommendation in California 1998 I grew them out.
Smoking that created an auditory hallucination. Everyone that had some experienced the same thing.
I remember it took a couple of hours to come down enough to know I was really high.

I wish I had that strain now.Too green to know what I had.

There are definitely special plants out there.

i have some columbian flower from this season (is actually a Columbian land race F1, this pheno is just nearly pure columbian sativa in expression) that would probably be a straight up psychedelic if you had a well managed tolerance. Im actually debating taking a couple month t-break while it cures up.

Smoking it first after being at work all day, it's got a trippy giggly headspace. Colors a little brighter. Smooth clear thoughts. Has a whole vibe and mood to it lol.

Also, F1s ftw 😎🤙

Oh yes.

I was going all the way to Berkeley Ca when I first got my recommendation.
I know what you are talking about when you "Colors were brighter."
They had something called Rainbow. It was a nice sativa up but it was also like someone turned the bright knob up to 10.
So that happens.
