Can anybody tell me what deficiency this is?

I'm torn between manganese and calcium deficiency. I had to keep this manifold in veg for a bit longer than I'd liked to have (10 almost 11 weeks) since I didn't have space for it in the flower tent. Usually I'd flip at wk 6 to 8. flipped it to flower about a week ago and I'll be damned if this deficiency didn't show up right after. Haven't tried anything yet since it just happened.
Breakdown:
Roots organics original soil 5 gallon fabric pot
Watering dechlorinated tapwater (20 ppm) around every 72 hours via the lift test
Feeding GH trio and cal mag.
Light- mars hydro e3000 300w about 20 in away from canopy at 80% strength. Humidity is around 40% temp is around 80 day 70 to 74 at night. Lemme know if you need any other info

First thought is the "lift test" watering may be washing out the cal-mag leading to a deficiency. I would let them dry out a bit and water with straight RO.

Appreciate your response! I thought it was calcium too. I just lost a flowering plant to mag deficiency that I couldn't correct for the life of me. Wound up having to chop it due to low to no bud development. So this scares me lol

I had a similar issue and discovered my pH was at 9. I had to make adjustments and all 20 are looking good. I found that the main difference for all of them was changing the water and the schedule from 3 days to 5 days.
