We are seeing some issues (out of 19 plants) on a few. We have multiple strains growing together... looking for some insight to correct these issues

The lighter, yellowish color of new growth is common, but it can mean you're watering too frequently. The necrotic spots could be calcium deficiency.

Yeah, they were transplanted from 1g pots to 5g grow bags on Sunday (watered). On Saturday we noticed that they were still very moist. We added more soil and mixed it in with the moist soil and did not water. I think those dark green Cherry Punch F1's have a deficiency.

Isn't your introduction post a "how to" video?
Yes, that's fair. It's a "How to"/"This is what we're doing" intro. This is our first commercial grow, so there will be insight given, and advise wanted πŸ™‚

The spots look like calcium, the line in the bottom pick looks like handling damage from a transplant. Put the first pot on the line. It looks like the little plastic pot would line up. The twisting and curling is a little overwatering. I get it when I transplant.

Yeah, we went in and decided not to water again for a few days after the transplant
