Start spraying the dome with water to soften it up and gently pry the dome apart with two toothpicks. If you feel resistance, wait and spray more water.

I spritz with water a few times wait 20 min spritz again then I usually use 2 pairs of tweezers and carefully hold each side of the shell and slowly try to Wiggle it a bit and see if she starts moving , if you can even get half off for now and keep the other side soaked for another day it should pop it I think
