Thanks. I think I pulled in about 12# or so in total this year. Probably lost at least 1# to bud rot. There is still about an ounce or two of random budlets I took post harvest that is still unprocessed and may just toss it in the "fucket bucket". I'm really over all this trimming shit. Lol With an initial investment of about $300-350 I'd say it's a decent ROI. Way more than the wife and I can smoke. It's probably going to be a very green Christmas for friends and neighbors. Gotta spread the love!Well done bro nice haul
Very very nice season for you. Yes sir i hate trimming after doing only 4 5-6footers. I don't grow many and don't want to anymore. I grow enough to share abit, barter with. Funny how as i get older the competive brain of mine does'nt care as much about biggest just more into potency LOL. My cure is going so good i don't care what others say but 2-3 months down the road the smoke is so much better and the smell to me is like heaven.Thanks. Larf is even hardZoom in frosty nug very hard Zepoli
I definitely got more than expected, both good and bad. Lol Physically, a very challenging year given my health issues. I will definitely need to scale things down in the future. I'm also more quality focused like you and I get lots of it, even better. Lol It will be fun to see things evolve with some cure time.Very very nice season for you. This is where i have the most trouble and can't do this part on my own. Pull the root wad out of the pot. I can't roll them around on there sides nor squeeze and roll down the fabic cause mine are plastic. I have to wait and allow them to really get bone dry then i need the help of a young man LOL . I leave most the stalk on like you but shorter for a gripper. Yes i may have to resort to buying 15 gal. fabric bags.Nothing left but bones. Lol I used some broken pallets and tarps to build a winter shelter for some feral kittens that I noticed have been living under one of the tarps. Hopefully they will move in soon. Sheeet 23 wow. Yep i'm hooked on 6ft and under. Hey man pneumonia ain't fun it scarred my lungs and made me really suseptable to bronchitis and respirtory issues. I'm just getting off antibiotic and pretisone from it. And hauling heavy stuff, coughing hard messed up my back. I was a lioness one time but them days are passed and i still wanna do it all but with caution now.Good morning y’all today will be my last day chopping outside I have a small runt zepoli plant to just take the tops off of. I pulled it yesterday and left it in the shade it’s all frosted up so I’ll put it in the sun to let it dry off. Then let it hang for a week or so there’s not much there. Then the dreaded trim jail aaaaahhhhh mostly just jarring the dryed stuff up. We have plenty of strains to smoke for the next year I’ll have to check but I think I ended up with 10 or so strains. Wifey says we won’t be growing so many plants next year ha ha we shall see 23 is my legal limit. I kinda like smaller plants now way less work than previous years huge plants. I shall see how my arm and shoulder heals it’s still quite sore. And pneumonia has been a fucking bitch on lots of pills so I’m hoping that they will work peace y’all much love and understanding
Hey there I’m just wondering if you tip the pots on their sides to let them dry and roll them around over a month or so then chop the mainstem off put them upside down then stomp on the bottom until they give and pull the pot off the root ball? Or let some young buck pull them off? Or run your watering hose in the holes now especially the side ones then see if you can slip them off the rootball? Man I wish I could help you do itThis is where i have the most trouble and can't do this part on my own. Pull the root wad out of the pot. That shits going straight to the hash pileCome on diesel! Put some more lines up!![]()
I can relate. I wasn't able to keep up with plant maintenance as I would have liked. I'd be reaching into the inner canopy to cull and get really bad muscle spasms. Stuck in one position until my muscles decide to quit being assholes. A lot of days I did good to just get out and water. This is where i have the most trouble and can't do this part on my own.
