Growing quebec seed bank seeds with my stepfather lol.

After moving to Ontario from Nova Scotia I've decided to see if I can teach my step father and myself a thing or 2. He loves growing it as do I, now he's had alot of problems with his grows(seeds,hermies,bugs,improperly watering,light leaks,ect)and I've had much more success with the help of thc farmer and endless reading of all your post. So with that being said here we go. 10 seeds 5 strains all feminized in a 4x8 tent with spider farmer se5000 and another random led can't remember the name of it but mw driver and around 350 watts from the wall and no dimmer(gotta be an older model I'd say)both atleast 32" from top of plants. On August 31 I put seeds directly into promix hp in starter trays with domes on a seedling heat mat, with 100 percent success! We now have growing 2 Bruce banner, 2 Mac 1, 2 Quebec blast, 2 gorilla glue, and 2 fat bastard. We will be using pro mix hp with gaia green 1 gallon pots for most of veg and 7 gallon fabric for there final home. Wish me luck lol.✌

I topped them October 18 then transplanted into there 7 gallon homes yesterday, and gave the top 2 branches a little chiropractic love.

Dig it fellaway to grow. I'm in Oregon can't do as many indoors as you but i keep my grows pretty simple. I love growing different strains at the same time. How much head space you got? I do train my hard also keep them low and put them on blocks to if i need them closer to the light. Good luck with the grow you got going. Keep us posted

I believe the tent is 7 feet tall...it's my step father's tent in his basement. Most likely Flip them within next 2 weeks.I will be lucky to get out there every second week and will take lots pics every time I am lol.

Finally got out to the inlaws to check on the girls...mental note...growing 1.5 hrs from were you live is inconvenient lol...today I top dressed gaia green power bloom and a Lil diatomaceous earth as I'm noticing some fungus gnats on the sticky traps...trimmed the lower parts of each girl...tied most of the top 4 branches on each girl, my attempt at keeping a low even canopy...replaced the humidifier with the dehumidifier set to 45...might change it to 50...upped the se5000 from 50 to 60 percent about 32inches from top of canopy with about 12-15 inches left to the top of my tent...hopefully I will be ok for height...and finally set timer to 12-12 and took a few before tie down and after pics...hope everyone's having a wonderful weekend!!!✌

Man those look great. Lucky you for having such helpful family members. And they seem to know how to care for them LOL. I read mostly about poor plant sitting stories, ya know folks go on vacation have some goober look after there plants come home to a graveyard.

Thank you...I'm quite excited to see how these Quebec seed bank genetics turn out...they were recommended to me by an older fellow that used to use this site...we lived about an hour from each other in Nova scotia and talked quite a bit on here...it is nice to have good help the father inlaws a good man , he doesn't really smokes but loves growing the plants just needed a Lil help and guidance now I only have 8-10 grows under my belt turns out I'm a bit of a green thumb lol. Now if could only get him to turn the heat up 4 degrees I'd be happy lmao.

Well I finally got my 2x4 tent set up...I will be growing 4 plants...I have 3 strains atm and will do 2 of each but now wich 2 strains should I do...wedding cake...strawberry purp or Quebec black...what do you all think?

Yes there all feminized from Quebec seed bank...was recommended by a guy that used to post here and he really bragged about the Quebec black so that's a front runner lol

Well it's been 18 days since I flipped to flower...a few of the girls are starting to look a Lil hungry to me.

Ok day 20 of 12/12 and the girls are doing good but look a little hungry to me so I spread them out some taking up all the 4x8... top dressed 2.5 tbs of gaia green power bloom and will also give about 2.5 grams per gallon of mega crop 1 part next watering and see how things go...I've raised the spider farmer se5000 about to about 25/30 inches from canopy and slid it over to the middle of the tent, dialed it up from 70 to 90...removed the cheap 150 watt led and added 2 x 300 watt older long skinny led lights on either side...hopefully not too much light but can turn down the se5000 a bit if needed...these other leds don't have a dial. Any way hoping all goes well and I don't push em too much.

Day 39 of 12/12...having a hard time keeping my Temps below 80 when lights on...had to unplug the 2 300 Watters and just running the se5000 at 100 percent...still reaching 82 ish.
Ran out of gaia green power bloom so using green leaf nutrients 1 part mega crop for last 2 weeks at half strength every 2nd watering.

In my 2x4 veg tent I have 1 wedding cake, 1 Quebec black and 4 strawberry purple but one of the strawberry popped up with no cotyledon leaves but that Lil fucker is hanging in there...most likely cull her if she don't bounce back.

Day 47...topdressed with gaia green power bloom tonight...hoping for more swelling but night Temps are mid 60s at times so mabey slowing things down a bit.

It's been a month since I threw some seeds in soil in my 2x4...transplanted yesterday and will probably flip in a couple weeks...3 strawberry purple...2 Quebec black(one of em looks like an auto to me,hope not lol) and one wedding cake.
