This may be a strange question can I water with sterile water bottles!

I was wondering if I can use sterile water I have bottles of it from my son’s accident he no longer uses them would it be safe to water my plants with

You can, but why? Sterile water is free from organic materials, like calcium, magnesium, potassium, & phosphorus. So if you’re switching from tap water you’ll need to make sure to supplement your current fertilizer. (I think it also has a pH below 6.)

Use it, just add cal mag and nutes. I use it myself during droughts.
