I'm asking this question on behalf of a pal of mine who has decided to start growing indoors.

On the property where he lives is a large pond (it holds largemouth bass up to 7lbs, btw).

He's wondering if he could use the pond water to water his plants. I'm thinking yes, but do you think that it would be safe for him to use some for his plants?
