Why do my plants grow so slow?

Picture below shows plants at the size I transplant. I go right from the solo cups to 3 gallon.

I only transplant to a "middle" pot if I'm seeing any issues or if I over watered and issue doesn't seem to be going away. I will go from the solo cup to a 1.5-2 quart pot in those situations.
Transplanting into fresh medium can do a lot for a plant that's having issues, most the time it's all they need to get going.
I leave behind as much medium as I can when I transplant so it goes into mostly fresh soil/medium (moisture from the last pot stays behind), shaking the root ball will help break some of it off. I also like to "fluff" the roots before I plant them.

Would you suggest an up pot at the stage my plants are in.

How many and how big are the drainage holes in your cups? An amended soil like Roots Organic will tend to hold onto water pretty hard, and adding worm castings increases the water retention. Just an idea.
I used solo cups for cloning this run and they did not drain enough, caused all sorts of problems.

Seeing pictures of people cutting holes on bottom and sides makes sense.

When I up pot how much nutes go in new pot? I will be using Gaia Green for my grow. So do I add the amount for 3 gallons or less then that?

If you make the light closer the light will heat more 2 birds 1 ....
I put my light at manufactures suggested height. Should I still run it at about 30% for seedlings or 50% for veg? Going to add a second clip on fan for more air movement.

Closer or more power.they are stretching meaning seeking for more sun.
You have seedlings no way they need more air.i would say okej if you had a fat bush where moisture can hide. Or maybe you want them to get stronger branches.

You could go up to around a 2 quart pot, might be what they need to start taking off.

What light are you using? With LED, less is more in my experience.
I run led lights from 4 different manufacturers, none of them run over 30%-40% and 24"-30" during veg.

I was thinking king for more air movement would help soil dry better. I got mostly for later on in the grow.

Well i watered my plants today. 7 days after the last watering . Crazy. Really anxious to get them in something bigger. We're getting there. Growth has increased.
Thx all.
