Idk what happened with my plants

So i put these rooted clones in 3 gallon pots and they where doing fine but 2 weeks later some grew alright and alot of them turned very weak and what i noticed is that the weak ones have a browin ti t to the perlite while the normal ones dont

The soil looks super wet. Drainage looks like it needs improvement .

The leafs looked stressed, I’d be guessing.

More important to get that watering correct IMO ✌️💨

Looks like they might have gone a bit stagnant, maybe moldy in those plastic bag pots?

I agree that the soil looks too wet. Plastic pots don't dry well, and cannabis doesn't like wet soil. It would help to cut some holes in the plastic to let it drain and breathe.

I think the brown perlite picked up some color from the soil, probably from watering. I suspect there was so much water it pooled up on the top of the soil, allowing the topsoil to stick to the perlite.

They sure do look stressed. More information would help. I'm sure there's more than one problem.
Where are these growing? Are they in a greenhouse?
What type of lighting are you using?
What nutrients?

That many plants and u got water/soil/nutrient issues.

One would think it would all be dialed in before making such
a large investment of cash and space

Is the perlite mixed into the medium ? Asking because it looks like it’s sprinkled on top ✌️🤓

Sorry. that was trolling my bad. I think u have a bug problem...root eating bugs
I was thinking the same thing, possible fungus gnats in the root zone. Time to put some yellow sticky traps out to confirm their presence, if you do have them you’ll need to allow the top layer of soil to dry out for a week or two, the sticky traps will trap the winged adults but the larvae will have to be subjected to inhospitable conditions, ie dry soil, with diatomaceous earth layered lightly over all of the top soil. As long as you have the option to water them from the bottom ie in saucer and allow them to wick up water. Keeping the top soil dry will kill off the larvae and the DE will shred them up pretty badly. Just gotta knock down a few lifecycles in a row and it should make a difference.

I took my roots out they are pretty white and they were looking good u know what I watered them with a liter of water and then I left it for a buddy to look after for about 10-12 days and he didn't water and when he actually did they started looking like that but suprisingly some of em were doing alright
